Reynard wrote on a yellow page his notepad the words 'Eye Witness Accounts' then put an underline under it his handwriting being very neat.
"Alright! Who is first!?"
Reynard inquired as he looked up at the first person in line. To his mild disappointment, the first person he had to interrogate was a man... Reynard was hoping one of the women was the first but nope just a man. The man in question was about average in size with olive-colored skin, green eyes, and curly medium length blonde hair.
The man simply smiled at Reynard a smile that seemed rather forced and for the sake of common courtesy than anything else clearly, he didn't want any part in the whole ordeal but judging by his general attire he seemed like a law-abiding citizen seeing as he wore a businessman suit and carried a suitcase.
"Ah hello, sir! Can I please get your name? Don't worry anything you say will stay with me and my fellow Marines we will make sure not to disclose your information."
Reynard said as he gave the man a shining smile. The man simply looked at the Fox unimpressed.
"My name is Pedro... Pedro Sancho..." He looked down at his watch.
"...and if you please can be quick with this interrogation I have a company meeting in twenty minutes."
The man spoke, his voice was soft and his words well spoken. Reynard gave the man a reassuring nod accepting his pleas.
"Don't worry this'll be quick I just want to know what you saw... more specifically if you saw the thief more specifically?"
He tilted his head slightly looking at the man straight in the eye.
"You know the man who stole the paper... did you see what he looked like? What he was wearing?" Reynard wrote a number one followed by the name Pedro on his notepad.
"Hmm well... the man had unusually pale skin. It was so unusual I'd say it was painted I doubt any human can actually be that color."
Pedro tapped his chin for a moment thinking of what else he saw.
"Could have sworn the guy also wore some brown clothing... a wide brim straw hat and a red mask over his face... he looked kind of like one of those thieves from the West Blue... what are they called? Banditos?" The man explained, he then shrugged.
"That's all I think."
Reynard nodded writing everything down thoroughly on his notepad. "Alright, sir you're dismissed," Reynard said, just as he said that he saw a man making a run for it from the corner of his eye his skin as described... but it couldn't be him. Could it? No way he would return to the scene of the crime there was simply no way.
Reynard grit his teeth. "Platinum girl!" He yelled at Hitori as he grabbed the baby Den Den Mushi in his coat and threw it at her. "Catch! Go after him! I'll call you when the Marines arrive which should be in no time."
