Kano was drawn by Jades to a leather sofa which was sitting in the men's changing room. She immediately drew him into a comprehensive and very very boring lecture on the actual story of Romeo & Juliet. Only half paying attention he shifted and twitched in his seat. His eyes he left blankly gazing at Jades as his mind wandered elsewhere. Wandering, it wondered what the sky would look like at this time. Darkness was probably coming, that is what normally happened right? Shows started late so that it was dark when the show ended. The skies above must look lovely right about now, covered in an array of stars so far away and yet so beautiful. So pure and white . . . coming back to himself he caught Jades muttering to herself about some problems of lacking enough people to act through some scenes.
Interjecting quickly he said "Can't we just have the director play any third role we might need. I doubt we need him just sitting around in the back right? Either that or he can requisition some more help from the street can't he? In any case I'm sure we can get through!" He said smiling giving Jades his vote of confidence. And just like that he began to drift into his daydreams once more. Catching only bits of the plot the Jades was trying to get through to him. Something about marriage in an eloping fashion or something. Another thing about some large fight and a poisoning. Then there was something about Juliet killing herself, it was all very complicated and particularly boring to Kano. Stifling a yawn he continued to listen in silence. It seemed all in all a very convoluted affair of the heart the ending seemed unhappy at best, and that probably should be changed, he thought to himself. But then thought better of it because it would probably prove to once again annoy Jades and make a fool of himself.
When her retelling was over, he knew still only parts of the story. Yawning slightly he said "Well then, lets get ready, I'll put on that dress over there and meet you on stage for Act II. Sounds good? Good . . . foolproof even. This time you can take the lead!". A smile made its way upon his face. Waiting till Jades departed he walked over to grab the dress, pulling it over his body. Walking in front of a mirror he took a look at how he looked. His hair was a little disheveled but other than that, the dress fit oddly well to his body, concerning so actually but he put that thought aside. Straightening out the dress where he could he looked around for a mask for the masquerade ball that he had set up in the play. Noticing a pair of masks in the corner he grabbed at one of them.
The two masks had one a smiling face and the other a frowning face. Grabbing one he pulled the other along with. They were connected it seemed, putting some force into it he broke them free from each other donning the smiling face.
Proud of himself for doing such an insignificant thing he headed out of the men's changing room. Walking down the hall he made his way around to one of the entrances to the stage. The area was still dark so he could only peer across waiting for something to happen. Act II was going to start soon he supposed, and surely as he thought that the curtains began to swing open revealing the crowd once more. Looking across he could see Jades and the director on the other end of the stage. Waving he waited for Jades to start off the next scene.
So the second act began and with the new information available to him. Kano and Jades began to work the stage. Kano's stupidity as great as it was caused some of the parts of the Romeo & Juliet to go awry but in the end they got through it. After a few more acts and some surprise cameos from the director the play came to its eventual end. It was received oddly at best and so with the crisis somewhat resolved Kano and Jades went their separate ways.

OOC: Squash no longer seems to want to continue along with this thread. I believe real life is overwhelming her or something so she asked that I end the thread right here. So i'm not completing the mission and this'll be the end.
