And so he rested, halfheartedly that is, as he sat in a chair amongst ten at a large round-table.
He slouched.
He leaned on the right arm of the chair with his arm propped up and his head resting in his palm. He stared straight at the only entrance to the large room with bloodshot eyes. Eyes that warranted that he hadn't slept in days.
He was tired.
Tired of waiting and was ready for some progress from those other than himself. He had put much time and effort into the establishment of The Creed. The recruitment of officers and lower ranking henchmen. The development of weaponry, logo's, attire, the acquiring of this large building, and even the set up of the wide variety of refreshments for his members.
He wasn't hungry.
But, he craved the participation of his members and the success of his hard work. His eyes remained fixated on the front door waiting for someone, anyone to step through and take their seat or stand. The room was quite large, it took up the entire second floor of this five story building. The room itself held white painted walls and ceiling with black rugs. It was unusually spacious and the actual round table sat in the center of the large room. On the back of each of the ten chairs was a number one through ten, enough said. Toward the back of the room was a stage with curtains pulled back and an overhead projector for display. For many, it'd be the first time they'd see anything this technologically advanced. To the far right and left of the round table against walls were the refreshments. Soft drinks, juices, pastries, pasta, sandwiches, and the like graced the table.
He was tight.
Nervous, anxious, impatient, these were all emotions that flooded him. He might be a great leader and some would say genius, but he was human nonetheless. Fortunately for his subordinates, they'd never see any of this.
He wasn't worried.
He's smart, organized, and prepared. He brought two very reliable helping hands with him today. One of them was standing outside that very door, Olden Price. Anyone that would come through that door would have to get checked by him first and then enter. A precaution in a sense. And downstairs sitting at the desk a few feet from the front door of the building to greet the members was Charlotte Cross, she'd check people in and provide them with information as well as number if they didn't have one. Everyone had to check in with her first.
He is Drake Mitibuki, E ~ Kard, Number One, Itsushika.
And he's feeling ambitious with the single goal to dominate the seas with the help of his Guild, The Creed.Let the meeting begin.
OOC: Make sure when you post you make your opening post at the front desk to meet with Charlotte, then a second post with Olden upstairs, and then proceed to the meeting. Since I'll be NPC'ing them I will post when need be to move people along upstairs. Let's make this quick. I will wait till Sunday the earliest to start the actual meeting upstairs. We have three parts to get through and I'm sure you want exp.
