(OOC: There is no order in this thread. The goal is to have everyone who is active post at least 5 times towards the goal of purchasing a ship and getting off the island. Of course if you would like to post more please do. Thank you all. Also if you want someone specifically to post then at the end make sure you make a "Tag" post. See Open Seas under South Blue in "Four Man Shuffle" to get the idea)
Finally Jack had made it to the north docks where he, Memo, Whirlwind, and the young assassin artist Kira Tsubame had first crashed landed onto land of Illusia Kingdom. Already Jack could honestly say that he had several interesting adventures including his obtaining a Devil Fruit, learning its name, and then having to test it out in battle. Of course he hadn’t bargained for something of that nature to happen, but he was semi-pleased with his discovery. More importantly he had successfully recruited the man that he had been searching for ever since they had met on the remains of Ohara Island, Xun, his rival and most likely his first mate. Their meeting had been as exhilarating as Jack had imagined and would have become more exciting still had not the Marines interfered. Then again he could have blamed it upon the strange monkey man that had decided upon himself to join in as well, but then ultimately Jack knew that his own cursed power had brought about such an incomplete ending to their duel.
“Whatever…” he sighed as he gripped where Xun had run him through earlier; the bleeding had slowed, but the pain lingered like an angry hornet at his side. Not mention the beating he received fighting the devilish little girl. Thinking about her made his face twist in both anger and disdain, Syphalia Minalion had brought him as near defeat as anyone ever had, yet she decided to allow him to live. Whenever Jack thought about it his stomached tightened in enraged coils as he fought the impulse to raise his sword at her again.
Now the young man had come to the docks where he had gave everyone the instructions of meeting him there. They needed to avoid the Marines catching them all together so it was only natural that they split up until the very end where they all hopped on the ship and sailed away. Glancing at the ship, the rugged pirate knowing nothing about ships didn’t realize the immediate danger that was presented by the shattered hull and damaged mast that had been incurred upon their arrival at Illusia Kingdom. He had simply brushed it off as “scratches”.
With his back pressed against a nearby post, Jack waited in hopes that everyone would show up and not have gotten caught by the Marines. Anyone that had gotten caught would be doomed to suffer the wrath of the World Government for having associated with Jack Dancer without a doubt, but then again,
“Not gettin’ caught is part of being a decent pirate, ain’t it?” he chuckled ruefully to himself as he awaited the rest of his soon-to-be crew.
