The journey was the easy part...
Cid departed the ship in quiet the same fashion he had enter it, stealth-fully and unseen. He had stown away on the ship, looking for a cheap way o get from his home island of Stetson to Pecos, where some major things were soon to go down.
And what a good way to build ones?
Cid chuckled as he pulled out a twice folded piece of newspaper. The title read in big bold letters: Peco Women Wins Herself a Fortune!!!. Skimming over the details once more, apparently this Granny Berta was expecting the delivery any time in the next few days. How did Cid happen to know when and how this money was being delivered? Well, he wasn't the only stow away on the ship! There were at least 10 other thieves looking to partake on this women's new fortune! And they spoke rather loudy about the information they knew
Well, if anything they'll make nice meat shields
Rodrigo began a slow walk away from the pier, lighting up a cigarette. Most of the other idiots were either waiting on the pier, sticking out like sore thumbs, or making there way to the town, to what end Rodrigo did not know. One thing he did know, however, was he would be smart. Waiting in the forest just outside the pier gave him a decent view of the goings on, and allowed him to appear less obvious then the other marauding idiots. So, he'd sit there, wait and watch, until the opportune moment struck. Until then, Liquor and cigarettes were his only friend. Cid took a big swig of his flask, and continued to puff on his smoke.
