[glow=red,2,300][[shadow=red,left,300]Jack was still a bit astonished but he snapped out of it the manager was very rude and considering the circumstances he could kill the manager and no one would no he withdrew his sword and smacked him in the head with the hilt knocking the manager out completely he didnt casue much noise and if that girl was going to be there cook then she needed supplies and what better place to get it than here he went back to where the chefs cook and had his sword unsheated his used his speed and knocked out every last one of them he went into there food supply closet and took half of there cooking supplies i mean he was a pirate but he wasnt heartless he threw his sack over his back slipped out of the back door and went to [/shadow]the spot where the girl and yushiro where he whispered to them "We need to leave this place now. he said trying to make post haste he knew the cooks and the manager would wake up soon and they would know something was going on and if that happened jack would havr to fight a pointless fight.[/glow]

Mai turned around when she heard the white haired one approach her. Though her hair was unusual as well, something about his really struck her. Not only that but it looked like snow which she had never really seen out of picture books. That truly showed her how little she had seen of the world. He introduced himself as Santoryu Yushiro, a captain of a crew of pirates. That right there was something most people wouldn't have admitted, or she would have assumed, within the first minute of knowing someone. Seriously; pirates? Oh, yeah Mr. Captain of a Pirate crew, I'd love to be your friend and aid a fugitive! But what really drew Mai's attention right off the bat was that he asked whether or not she wanted to be the Chef on their ship. Not only that but he was self-aware enough to second guess himself out loud.

"Sure, I'd love to!" Mai said, caught up in the moment. Her eyes widened slightly by her own admission. She really wanted this? Well, hadn't she left her home town in order to see the world and experience things away from the norm? Then again she didn't know anything about these pirates. Were they good guys or bad? That was when she saw the person she assumed was the Vice Captain that Yushiro had mentioned coming toward them. He had a bag this time, however. Mai eyed it suspiciously especially when he told them that they needed to leave quickly. "I... Don't think I want to know what's in that bag..." Mai shook her head slightly. "Alright, well, if I'm going to be your cook I guess I need to bring my supplies to your ship? Where is it docked?"

When she said that she would be their chef he was happy. "That is great. Its good to here that we now have a chef. We can now be able to go around the world and have great food from many different places." He was in a very good mood until Jack came over with a sack saying that they will need to leave soon. Yushiro just shook his head. yet he wasn;t going to let that ruin his good mood. Until she asked him where there ship was docked. He thought to himself "Oh my god. the ship, i can't believe i forgot to go steal a ship. Well maybe i can get lucky and there will be a ship docked there that won't have anybody near by. Then i can steal that and we can have a ship. But we have to leave soon. Perhaps we can follow her back to where her stuff is so that just in case she needs some help with her stuff we can help and stall for more time." he looked towards jack and moved in close and whispered real quiet so that Mai wouldn't hear what he was saying. "Look we dont have a ship so go to the docks and steal one that has the least amount of people on board but one that can hold us all." He turned back towards Mai. "Its at the docks, Jack is going to empty his sack of supplies on the ship. I'll go with you to get your stuff um. . . You haven't quite introduced yourself yet, so i don't know what to call you. Besides my new chef."

Jack already knew what to do in this situation he went towards the docks with his bag of supplies jack always got the thrill out of stealing he loved to take ships from weaklings he contiued his walk towards the docks to find a suitable ship for them he hid his supplies somewhere and transformed into hybrid gorilla mode now his sight is enchanced he withdrew his crossbow and bent down on one knee trying to find a good ship it looked like a basic shop it can hold up to about five people and there were about three on board right now perfect for jack he aimed at the first perspn and shot his crossbow sending the arrow wizzing in the air he took down the first guy and the others were wondering were the arrow came from now they were on there guard perfect jack thought to himself he transformed into full gorrila form and took out his swords he ran full speed towards them he lept onto the ship and "Spiraling death blow!" takeing one of them down without much sweat ."Bye bye sir" Spiraling Death Blow!. Knocking out the other one he dragged there unconicious bodies into a dark ally tied them up and let them stay there foolish pirates.

When Yushiro spoke about going around the world, Mai felt her head spin just slightly. That much of a distance? For someone that hadn't started exploring until just a little while ago, it was quite a big leap into the world. Literally! But the mention of food from all over the world spiked her interest and brought her back to craving that exploration once more. Yes, finding ingredients and recipes that she didn't know about yet was an appeal that spoke to her very loudly. Maybe she could bring happiness to an even larger range of people with her cooking skills as well. The white haired pirate captain certainly seemed pleased even though he hadn't even seen or tasted of any of her cooking! How did he even know that she was any good?

After her question about the ship, the two pirates that she had agreed to accompany began to whisper amongst themselves. Nervousness set in. Maybe this was some sort of trap? Get the non-local to agree to something that sounded to marvelous to be reality and then kidnap her or something? Mai's hand flickered to where she kept her throwing darts stashed on her person. She also had a knife of hers that a friend had borrowed, unfortunately, and neglected. The point was slightly dull from terrible care but Mai couldn't bare to let it be thrown away. Instead she had it strapped to her leg hidden under her pants.

Fear subsided when Yushiro told her that the ship was at the docks and that Jack was just going ahead to unload the "supplies" that he had mysteriously obtained. Mai smiled pleasantly, realizing that the pirate captain was right when he pointed out that she hadn't introduced herself yet. "My name's Mai. I'm from Gecko island in the East Blue. Nice to meet you!"

As Yushiro watched as Jack had went to the ship that he was going to steal for them. He was trusting in him and he knew that he could trust him in the future with a lot of things. He turned his focus back towards Mai who had just introduced herself as Mai from Gecko Island in the east blue. "Well Mai, as you already know I am Santoryu Yushiro. I am born and raised in the east blue. I have mastered both Ittoryu which is one sword style and Nittoryu which is two sword style. My goal is to find the pirate who killed my family and to kill him for his bounty." he said as he shwoed her the bounty paper with the mans head on it. "Anyway why dont you take me to your house so we can get your things and so you can say goodbye to your family." He said as pointed towards some random direction hoping to get it right. He noticed that the was a knife shaped bump on her leg. He wondered. "hey is that a knife you have there. I can keep it nice and sharp if you would like me too."

Jack finished unloading his supplies and prepared the ship for a proper sailing trip he snopped around the ship for any valuables that they might have he looked inside the captains quaters finding himself a new sword he wondered what it could do he asked himself quitley it was black with silver edges hmm he thought ot himself silently he decided to test it out he went outside and did a few air slashes aiming at a nearby ship with no people near it when the air blast hit the ship exploded into flames "Woah what in the heck does this thing do?". He was thinking to himself this time it seemed like this blade has the power of extreme force meaning one it hits it sends a huge blast at the enemy. "Well time to get back to the others " he put his new blade on his back and went back to the others when he finally arrived he greeted them heartedly. And he asked the girl "You never told me your name miss?" he wanted to know her name for his own weird reasons even though he could always just call her his chef but he really wanted to know/

The adventuresome attitude that had ceased Mai at first mostly had been inspired by the urge she had to find a place where she belonged. When this job had suddenly sprung up when her only other option on this island had tanked, she had made a desperate leap for it. Now the Chef was sincerly hoping that she had made the right call. How did she know? Seriously, she didn't know a thing about these people! Yushiro went on to explain that he was from East Blue as well and was a master in both Ittoryu and Nittoryu. He also wanted to kill a pirate that had murdered his family and turn him in dead for the bounty on his head. Mai grimanced at that and observed the paper she was shown with some feeling of discomfort. At least he knew his parent's killers though.

When he asked her to take him to her home to get her supplies and bid farewell to her family, Mai tensed. "No, that's okay," she said immediately. "All my stuff is on a small ship at a different dock this way. It shouldn't take long to reach it..." In fact, Mai could already see the shoreline from where they were. It wouldn't take long for them to get to the ship, gather up her gear, and drag it to the other vessel. She stepped up the pace a little bit and managed to get over to her temporary home after just a minute. "Um... The knife is actually broken. How did you even notice that anyway!" Mai's purple eyes were slightly wide at Yushiro's offer.

It seemed that they had taken their time for the Vice Captain of Yushiro's crew, whom Mai hadn't been properly introduced to, had already returned. "My name is Mai. Nice to meet you, um... Jack, was it?" Mai was speaking as she walked across the dock and then disappeared onto the little vessel. Apparently she didn't really like to waste time talking but liked to multi-task. Which was great for cooking many dishes at once but not so great for being courteous to someone she had just met.

Yushiro noticed that Mai looked kinda upset when he showed her the picture of the guy who killed his family. It made him think "Did someone kill her parents too. Maybe she doesn't even know who did it. Well i will make that one more goal for me to do while we are a crew. i want my crew mates to have nothing to be bothering them at all." He started to talk. "Hey i'm sorry if i might of saddened you about the guy who killed my family. Look if someone killed your family, we will find him and no matter what we will kill him." she then asked how Yushiro knew about her knife. "Well i say the bump on your leg and it looks like a knife. And if you want i can fix up the knife whether it is broken or not. You just got to ask and i can do it for you. I like it when my crew is happy so that they can stay focused and not let anything bother them. Hey look its jack. I guess he will help us take your things to our ship. and look dont worry about jack. He kinda has a crush on you so dont worry i can handle that too if you want."

Jack's face started to glow a bright red he was pissed that yushiro was embarrasing him like this and he then saw mais sadnesses they contiued there way to the ship and jack waited for orders from her what to take and what not to. Right about now he would love to beat the crap out of yushiro but they had more important matters."Okay yuhsiro we need to prepare ourselves for this upcoming battle i think we should train a bit more before we go in and take this guy down dont think for a second that he hasnt gotten stronger since you last fought with him ."Jack needed to learn a new technique before he got in such a battle with this man . He was still trying to perfect his most powerful attack red aura of death and now with this new sword he can be even stronger he pulled the sword off his back "Oh yeah look what i found on the ship "showing them the sturdy new powerful sword he was going to be one of the toughest pirates that ever lived just like his father he wondered what they were doing now probally kicking some pirate butt.

The words that Yushio had spoken hadn't really sunk into her mind until he returned from the ship with her supplies. Mai's eyes widened slightly when Yushiro hit what was bothering her perfectly. "My parents were killed actually," she began as she turned toward Yushiro, opening up more than she had intended. "It's not that simple actually... I wish it were," she explained as she shook her head at his generous offer. "I don't know who exactly was responsible. They were killed in a cross fire between a Marine Naval Ship and a Pirate Crew that were fleeing toward Roguetown. My parents' ship sunk but only after it had been riddled with canon balls. They were mistaken for the pirates at first and by the time anyone realized that they made a mistake, they were already drowning. Neither of them knew how to swim." Mai's hands tightened into fists for a moment but then she released her tension in a rather loud sigh.

"But... If you really could fix the knife that would be good. I could use another good one for the kitchen," Mai said with a smile and a bit of a giggle. She was beginning to really enjoy conversing with Yushiro. He seemed sensitive enough to realize what was bothering her even if all the talk of revenge had been a little much for her to handle from him at first. When she heard something about Jack having a crush on her though, it was Mai's turn to clam up again and look flustered. What? Her? Why exactly? It seemed that Jack quickly decided to change the subject as well since he began to talk to his Captain about preparing for the coming battle. He also showed off a sword that he had found on the ship.

"I thought it was your ship? How are you just now finding that?" Mai questioned, butting in suddenly and blowing their whole secret wide open. "You know... You both already told me that you're pirates. So why lie to me about stealing from a ship! Or, did you two steal the entire thing? Never mind, I don't want to know." Mai waved a hand, not even letting either one of them respond before she gathered up all her bags of stuff and started heading in the direction that Jack had come from toward "their" ship.

(Lol, sorry, Mai's character became really difficult all of a sudden. I don't know why. O___O Btw, Jack, make sure to update your profile if you're giving your character a new weapon. =) )

Yushiro wasn't too surprised that her parents were actually already killed and that she didn't know who did it since she wasn't that happy when she said that she said that all her stuff was on her small ship and that she didn't want to go say goodbye to anyone. Yushiro had actually heard about the accident that the marines had back then when he went to turn in a bounty a long time ago.

*Flashback*
Yushiro walked into the marine base with a bounty on his shoulder wanting to turn it in for money. The marine at the counter said to wait one minute because he was talking to his friend about the accident."Did you hear that a marine commodore had killed a couple of innocent people in an attack on some pirates. He was discharged from the marines and now he is just wandering around the west blue. Ok let me take that guy off your shoulder." Yushiro wondered about it and he had actually seen a little girl crying after that accident he was in too much depression himself from his own parents’ death to really care then.

*Back to reality*
Yushiro looked at Mai. After she talked about her knife and Yushiro fixing it and that she didn't really care that they stole the ship that they are going to. He started talking again after he smacked Jack in the back of the head with his fist. "Well I will be glad to fix your knife for you. It’s always good to have good tools whenever you are cooking. But you know we can find the man who killed your parents. It shouldn't really be too hard. You see I have actually heard about the whole incident when I went to turn in a bounty since I used to be a bounty hunter. He was a commodore before the accident and they discharged him and he is wandering the west blue. And With all three of us he shouldn't be too hard especially with My Lightning sword plus my two other swords and Jacks new sword and his devil fruit powers. You know I haven't really asked yet. Can you do any combat specialties? Like sword fighting. Projectiles or weaponry." He then took jacks sword out of his hands so that he could look at it. He liked how it was made and he drew it and sent a slash out but not a strong one. He noticed that it felt like jacks powers were built into it when it was made. He was impressed at the craftsmanship. It is almost as good as his fathers. He sheathed the sword and gave it back to Jack.

Once arriving at the ship he found the captains quarters and put his stuff in that room since that would be his room for however long they would be using that ship. He then took Mai's stuff that he was also holding and found an empty room besides Jacks and set her stuff in there. He then examined the ship to make sure that there was nothing that needed to be destroyed or anything. He went outside to the deck and moved pretty fast. He got up to the top of the mast where the flag would fly. He untied it from his neck and tied it to the mast. The ship was now officially stolen. He jumped back down and went searching for Mai since he had sound out that there was a blade sharpener in his quarters and he was going to fix her knife for her.

Jack rubbed the back of his head a little pissed that yushiro had did that but soon got over it he was going to find a nice decent room to do some weight lifting to increase his strength when hes not in his hybrid form that way he didnt have to rely on his devil fruit powers to much .He was glad to have mai on board there ship he would love to taste her cooking and get to know her a bit better. Jack found a nice decent room where he guessed there first mate slept not bad sleeping quaters he thought to himself.Very big clean perfect for jack he unloaded his stuff that he had for his adventures his clothes and his weights his crossbows and quivers .He sat the crossbow near his swords along with his quivers.He got two one hundred pound weights took off his shirt with flexing his abs and muscles he went to his training he did about two hundred up and downs on and arm and repeated on the other he then got the four hundred pound weights that look like a sword and went outside on the deck and did one hundred sword slashes .He still had a burst of energy and decided to go help mai unpack and get settled in he went to the place were mai was staying and knocked "Miss Mai can i help you unpack and get settled in ?"

It wasn't a specific person that could be singled out and dealt with in her case. Not to Mai. The entire Marine ship that day had made that grave mistake in sinking her parents' ship. Maybe there were some people that were lucky enough to know who had been responsible but even if the Marine Commodore that Yushiro told her about that had been discharged had been on that ship, it wouldn't ever be enough for her to take him out of the picture. "It's alright, I don't need revenge for my parents' death. They wouldn't want me to dwell on it. Not to mention one singular person isn't responsible. All the Marines were at fault that day..." Mai's fist clenched slightly but then she exhaled and relaxed again slightly as she walked at a leisurely pace.

"My fighting style... Well, I usually use throwing darts at customers that dont pay? But I haven't really thought about it much. Um... My aim is pretty good though." Mai blushed slightly, realizing that she was pretty much as normal as normal could be. Seriously, why did they want her on the crew in the first place? A pirate crew at that? Well, they were definitely not going to get much out of her fighting wise. Maybe she would have to work on that to become better. The Cook was getting embarrassed rather quickly. (You can't hit Jack unless he lets you, btw) Jack had been punched in the head but Mai hadn't noticed it. Her head had been turned at the time. He seemed pretty quite as they made their way to the ship though.

Yushiro and Jack seemed to make themselves at home on the ship. Mai slowly trailed behind Yushiro till they reached a room and her stuff was tossed inside. He seemed busy though and so Mai wandered off with one of the bags of her stuff, quickly locating the kitchen on the ship. She began to quickly set up shop. Well, this would be interesting. Taking her time, she inspected the kitchen. All the essentials were there and there was even some food, she found, in the cupboards. Whoever had designed the kitchen had nice taste as well. She heard a knock on the door and nearly jumped out of her skin. Since it was just Jack, she calmed down and actually laughed a little.

"No, that's okay. I think I've got it. I'll start making us something to eat though for dinner since I'm sure you two are hungry, right?" Mai offered cheerfully, a completely different personality now that she was in a kitchen. Almost like she was a waitress. She began to bustle back and forth, grabbing out ingredients to use.

As yushiro went searching for Mai he stumbled upon a hidden compartment close to the bottom of the ship. He walked into it since the door was big enough for him. He couldn't believe his eyes. It was another sword. This one was different though. It was made to be like a wolf. The Hilt of the sword was the tail and the guard was the rest of the wolf. The blade was amazing. It was like no other sword. Instead of being the regular steel color or the common black color. This one was a clear blade. It was long like his lightning based sword. He was amazed on how he could feel the power of it just by holding it. He knew that this must of been a sign or something that had great meaning in how he would defeat the man who killed his family. The crew that had this ship before must of wanted to sell it since they didn't really have anything pirate like or really had anything else. He held it up close to his face and could feel that this must have been an old weapon that was made for him by someone else that knew that he had to make it but didn't know who it would be for. He left the room even though there were other things that were in it but he had to try this sword out. He went to the deck of the ship and looked toward the forest. He drew both his Lightning based sword and his new sword and started to spin them around himself. He stopped spinning them with his swords pointing toward the forest and powered up his swords. "mighty blast" he whipsered as he sent a huge blast at the forest and he knew that the sword was meant for him. He then sheathed both swords and sat down on the deck of the ship and did his meditation.
