"I know all that," January said, "You don't have to preach me. I already knew that!" January said to Dietrich.
Realizing that the girl was done, Dietrich came close again. Apparently she knew what was going on. "If you knew, then why would you work for them?" Dietrich asked gruffly.
"But, marine-san, you don't know the world. There is no evil or justice, or peace. Nothing is!," she yelled back at him, slowly crying.
"Of course there isn't," Dietrich said. "Everything is relative. One man's definition of evil is different from another man's definition. The gray areas overshadow the black and white."
And then the girl went on about her Devil Fruit and the javelin she wielded. Dietrich simply sat there silently, taking in the information provided. Though it had no use now, as she was obviously incapacitated, Dietrich still appreciated the information.
"See, I trust people easily, because no matter what, every person in the world has a heart that can be trusted," January said, giving Dietrich a smile
"Then either you're just plain naïve or you have faith in humanity." Dietrich muttered. At this point, the girl had fallen unconscious as she coughed up more blood. Sighing, Dietrich reached for his belt, unclipping a small compartment, and drawing a very small container of antidote. "If you trust everyone willy nilly...then you're going to get stabbed in the back eventually..." Dietrich muttered one last time as he stabbed the contained into the girl's neck, pulling the trigger and injecting the antidote. The very fast-acting antidote neutralized the nerve agent, and halted the damage being done to her body. The effects of the poison were gone, saving her from death. Two Marines from the ship appeared behind him.
Dietrich threw the container aside, and took away the girl's javelin.Looking at the two Marines, Dietrich said, "Bring this girl to the Line Ark make sure she receives medical attention for nerve agent contact." The two Marines saluted, and carried the girl away. All of a sudden, a voice rang out around him. Dietrich had a gut feeling for the longest time on the island that someone was watching him. And now that suspicion was confirmed.
"LOSER, January. Winner, the marine captain-san," the voice cried out laughing.
Saying nothing, he continued on towards the prison camps, using Soru to travel quickly.
