At first he didn't respond to her, he simply looked down at the Marine in his "Headlock of Doom", squirming around like a worm, or something else that was prone to Wriggling. With a slight smirk he let the man go, watching as he scurried off like an insect, crawling down into the lower levels of the ship. Marines were all the same, Cowards who used numbers to defeat strong opponents. He almost laughed as the man Fled from him, wiping the water from his face. Curse this Rain. It didn't help when the Female Marine he enjoyed the company of so much taunted him. Again, it just made him smile.
Until that is, a mop hit him square in the face. It hit with a loud wet sound, the kind of sound a Mop would make if it were to hit something suddenly. As it fell from his face he stood there with a rather unhappy expression. The Mop wasn't the problem, it just wasn't clean. It had been used recently. And it smelled, stank to high heaven. Wiping his face clean, again, he suddenly looked on as the Woman fell over the side once again. Not on Purpose this time, least not that he knew of.
Like the secretly nice guy he was, he couldn't just let her drown. Well he could, but if she was going to kick the bucket, he preferred to be the one doing it, not trusting in Nature to finish the Job. Quick as a flash he ran over and slid to her aid, feet pushing water from the deck as she slid her way. His hand found its way to her wrist, preventing her from Falling over the edge. But then a thought crossed his mind, an evil and slightly horrible thought. He let go suddenly, then grabbed her again, taunting her with the fact he could drop her any moment.
"Once again i find myself holding you. If i didn't know any better I'd say your an Attention seeker or something..."
