Appearance:
{Fancy Attire Faceclaim}
{Normal Attire Faceclaim}
While both Bebop Brothers look similar, especially in their attire, there is a notable difference in their heights which separates them. Tron has a significantly taller and ever so slightly thinner frame. Beneath their helmets and clothes, both resemble metal, humanoid-shaped machines, closely related to the shape of human musculature. Two large, yellow, eyeballs rest oddly out of place in their iron skulls.
The other, most notable difference between Flynn and Tron are their helmets. Flynn’s helmet is golden, with a slanted but straight bottom, and an otherwise uninterrupted rounded surface, with the visor of the helmet curving around the entire front. There is a pocket on each side where the ears would be, similar to the shape of a door, where wiring and space for mechanical connections are present.
Personality:
Human Consciousness/Overwritten Memory
Much like his brother, Tron believes himself to be human despite his artificial nature. He has memories implanted into his consciousness of a human life as a male of 24 years of age, despite only having been constructed 4.5 years ago. However, due to being an incomplete machine with several flaws, his personality was never as developed or refined as his brother’s - a trait that he and Flynn believe to be related to trauma. His programming also filters any details which would reveal his robotic identity, instead leading Flynn to interpret them as human activities or abilities. He also has an image in his mind of his own appearance as a human below his helmet, which is patently false.
Mute
Due to flaws in his programming, Tron seldom speaks, although he possesses the capabilities to do so. Instead, he will use his rectangular visor to communicate scrolling written messages to his brother or any strangers he encounters.
Follower
As compared to his brother, Flynn, Tron is more of a follower, letting his brother take charge, especially in times of combat. This is in part due to his colder and more robotic personality, but also because he is mute.
Fiercely Protective
Both brothers are fiercely protective of each other, ready to die in combat to defend the other. This comes out in other moments, such as in verbal exchanges or when considering their next moves (the Bebop Brothers usually don’t separate). Despite their robotic natures, they both share a deep brotherly love and trust for the other. However, they also feel they have a duty to protect the weak and help those in need, giving the pair a vigilante-esque quality.
Compassionate
Both brothers have a deep-rooted compassion for their fellow person. In another life, perhaps they would have been Marines, but their mission for revenge on instruments of the WG quickly disabused them of that notion. Even when not being paid in their line of work as bounty hunters, they’ll stand up for others.
Traits
- Iron Body
Heavy Robot Default Trait
As incredibly durable machines, Heavy Robots like Tron gain access to the Iron Body trait, granting them a heavily armored body that far surpasses any organic beings in durability. - Artificial Being
Heavy Robot Default Trait
As an artificial being, Tron does not suffer from a lack of oxygen, toxins, dehydration, or other ailments that would afflict organic beings. - Photon Vulnerable
Heavy Robot Negative Trait
Tron’s helmet and visor circuits are unable to withstand extreme flashes of light, which will temporarily damage the circuits. Since Tron’s helmet and visor circuits are deeply intertwined with his power source, this damage causes a temporary shutdown. - Robotic Strength
Starter Trait
Tron’s metallic yet flexible construction allows him to command strength far beyond that of the average organic humanoid, both lifting heavier and hitting harder.
