"Hmm~ This one wonders. If one's heart is that of a woman and their body is too, how does that make one anything but a woman? "
The woman calmly smiled at Blaire as he seemed to not give much sway one way or another about the Panda Cosplayer's words. She denied it in a way of course, but in such a way it was ambiguous enough to not be completely settled.
"It's not. You liar.'
She simply took another sip of her tea and threw an amused glanced at the Large Panda man muttering under his breath with his arms folded defensively.
"Ehh... Okama? that means... uhm... I see... that... doesn't change anything though! Stop playing around with Blaire and let's go fight!"
Shiromi meanwhile looked as if her mind was working much harder than it had in a while. You could almost see the gears turning as she thoughtfully tapped a finger against her lips for a while before shaking her head and settling back into annoyed anger as she raised both her hands dramatically, bumping her wrists into the ceiling of the Den, though it seemed in her frustration she barely even noticed!
"I'm sorry, this one will decline for the moment. There is still time before the fight and she wishes to finish her tea and recover her strength. Please consider this one's invitation once again. Knight-san, this one knows a lovely restaurant in town that serves a truly stellar house vintage. She is certain you would enjoy it."
The curly-haired woman smiled softly at the indignant seeming Fishman. Everyone seemed to be rather getting worked up about something that entirely was the concern of only two of them, yet out of 4, the two least involved seemed to be getting most heated. The Large panda-headed muscle man and Shiromi might share a purpose in wanting the one called Yae to stop hitting on Blaire, though for quite separate reasons. Even so, he gave her a nod of camaraderie as he spoke up from behind his plushie expressionless mask again.
"I keep saying, stop..'
Before he could finish, the gentle-eyed lady had gotten to her feet and placed a finger over the mouth of the panda mask.
"Yes.. yes, that is enough, Pablo-san. Rather than obsessing over this one, should you not worry about your own fight and your own problems. The handsome young knight seems perfectly capable of speaking for himself."
A totally useless and symbolic gesture of course but it worked nonetheless as she looked into the black eyes of the mask, a small semblance of annoyance crept into her voice at how she emphasized his name but that was the full extent of it.
"It's P-funk, P-funk! I abandonned the name pablo like you abandonned yo..."
The Pand-man version 2 was getting worked up now, his voice rose and he balled his large fists as he pointed a finger accusingly at the woman But before he could finish his sentence he was once again interrupted.
"SHUT UP! GO OVER THERE! YOU ARE ANNOYING!"
Her voice was not the only thing Shiromi raised. The table fell over neatly into two pieces, spilling the woman's Tea and dropping the bracket sheets onto the floor, equally neatly bisected. She had her sword in hand using it to point at the corner of the room that was yet unoccupied by a silently brooding blight or a still groaning Hektor and the still completely mute nurse. Her draw has been suddenly and entirely silent, not even a click as the sword was unsheathed and cut the wooden table clean through, that perhaps added most to the surprise and intimidation the Fishman was exuding.
But she had also genuinely lost her temper and dropped perhaps a bit more of the delinquent hiding underneath her bubbly exterior than she had meant to. The Panda stood quiet for a moment before turning around and once again mumbling as he walked away.
"Tsch... Why does everyone keep interuppting me!? FINE! Suit Yourself!"
