She merely stood there for a bit with her arms tightly crossed. Her head hung a bit to the side with a disinterested pair of eyes scanning the surrounding. She in nature valued a great workspace, and felt a bit revolted when seeing this sorry of a place. As much she wanted to commentate and harshly lecture the man of proper handling of their workspace she held herself back, sighing out and giving a shrug while Reynard offered to buy something, number one boss huh?
''You've come to the right place young man! We got cups of five varied sizes! I can customize the writing to befit the owner accordingly, bold, classic, modern, you name it! But if you don't wanna wait an hour for big ol' me to blast furnace a brand new cup I can offer a simple one with painted letters on it!''
In the background Risa rolled her eyes, in her head she already imagined she probably can figure out a way to decrease that wait time if it meant to simply harden clay through extreme heats. She walked to another side of the shop and inspected the shelves, some being tilted, a great risk for these 'wares' to topple off and shatter all over the floor. Her eyes kept furrowing the more minor errors she noticed across the shop.
But as she did an unhealthy amount of inspection Andrew had put up a whole show of cups for Reynard to look at.
''But I do recommend you choosing the custom offer! Not only will it befit the owner with accuracy but also have the right amount of weight and handle space for them to hold on! Just take a look at my other customs I have made in the past mate! A tall cup with an excellent volume for tea to settle in, or a thicker cup that can contain warmth so well you can hold it with your bare hand!''
While she may have been focused on taking mental notes of the shop's flaws she did listen to the selling points made by the shopowner. She let out a very short puff of amusement.
Pwuh~ Yeah right, you don't need width to isolate warmth, you need the right material, which is not clay. Maybe I should have him pay for my advices...
''And the best part of it all mate, I can add a gloss and polish the cup into perfection! It'd be like looking into a mirror, and believe me, those noble folks always recommend them!''
Seeing as Andrew attended purely for Reynard, Risa opened her satchel and found two of her handy tools and began to readjust the tilted shelf.
But I doubt he's gonna care about this shelf to pay for it, and it pisses me off looking at it... lets seeeeee, a rusty screw here should be in the trash, and the wood is so dry it could easily splinter... I need to find a new fresh plank.
Risa who has taken off the shelf and screwed all the pieces off from eachother stood back up to look around for a new piece of wood. Then she looked down at the floor, relatively new. She shrugged and knelt down and began to pluck the plank off from the floor.
While operating this small project of hers in the background Andrew has brought forth at least thirty or so set of cups for Reynard to... ahem, admire and ponder on.
