}Personality
Avid Collector
Gheata loves the rare and unusual. Something about it just makes him want to have it, and he’ll stop at nothing to get something that he’s fixated on. Money is no object, nor is violence or blackmail out of the question. This applies to things as well as people. He finds Devil Fruits and their users of particular interest.
Devious Dealmaker
There are many who owe much to Gheata whether they like that fact or not. He prides himself on the art of the deal, offering people a helping hand in exchange for favors that he’ll come calling on later. He creates a cycle of debt from which his debtors will never escape and enforces it with blackmail and other methods. He’s not shy about owing others either and always honors his debts.
Charming Charlatan
It’s very important to Gheata to keep up a veneer of polite and civilized conversation. As such, he strives to the ideal of the perfect gentleman. Threats are veiled behind honeyed words and a soft but firm voice. He takes politeness very seriously and will not hesitate to deal with unruly sorts in a manner that he finds appropriate.
Enigmatic Eccentric
Gheata is a man of odd tastes, odd pastimes, and odd habits. He often explores something new simply to drop it when something else attracts his attention. He’s fascinated by technology as well as antiquity. He keeps his true feelings and intentions tucked away close to his chest, so as to not have them used against him.
Obsessive Researcher
To call Gheata a man consumed by his passions would be an understatement. He pursues them at the cost of his physical well-being, obsessing and losing sleep over his research. He's a man possessed by fear and hunger. He reacts strongly to anything regarding his research.
Appearance
Gheata has a rather unique appearance after his surgery. The accident left him pale and gaunt. He has one blue eye and one green eye from different people. His skin is practically white. His mouth was slit open and reconnected sloppily by the doctors, so he has a wide monstrous looking smile. His dark green hair is usually slicked back. He stands at 6'7" tall and has a thin, wiry frame.
A man of all collections including fashion, Gheata typically wears a long white lab coat over a variety of different outfits. His usual is a black body suit with tall combat boots. When he's feeling a bit more vain, he will wear suits and other highly fashionable outfits. He keeps an expansive wardrobe.

Deadened Durability
Light Cyborg Trait, Fixed
Due to his biological alterations, Gheata is much more durable than ordinary people. He can take blows that would kill or cripple an ordinary person. Unfortunately, all of these changes have deadened his sense of pain, making it difficult for him to actually tell when he is injured.
Cold-Blooded
Cyborg Trait, Optional
Gheata’s body is cold to the touch, devoid of the warmth that living things possess. In truth, cold is how Gheata prefers his surroundings. His body functions better at chilly temperatures, the tissues requiring some amount of refrigeration. As a result, his blood has taken on a clear color. He’s also highly resistant to cold and freezing attacks.
Surgeon's Hands
Cyborg Trait, Optional
Gheata has spend many long years training and studying to become a doctor. Many more long years of hard earned experience have honed Gheata's dexterity into a finely tuned tool. He has incredible control over his movements, especially with his hands.
Painkillers
Cyborg Trait, Free, Negative
Due to some rejection of his transplanted body parts, Gheata had to take medicine to treat the aches and pains of rejection. It dulls the pain, but also dulls feeling in general. If he goes for too long without his medicine, he becomes immobilized by extreme pain with every movement of his transplanted parts.

Techniques
}Name: Shigan "Finger Gun"
Fighting Style: Siruri Atasate
Rank: 2
Description:
A close-quarter combat technique in which the user stabs forth with their finger extended, piercing a target’s body and inflicting a wound akin to a bullet wound as a result. Shigan is an ineffective means of defense, as the finger is quite fragile compared to a move like Tekkai, and it is really only effective at piercing flesh.
Name: Soru "Shave"
Fighting Style: Siruri Atasate
Rank: 2
Description:
By kicking the ground multiple times in the blink of an eye, the user can move at such speeds that they become practically invisible to those incapable of tracking high speed movements, making them seem to disappear. Again, Soru is negated if one can somehow bind the would-be user’s legs, or otherwise weigh them down.
Name: Kami-e “Paper Drawing”
Fighting Style: Siruri Atasate
Rank: 2
Description:
Allowing one’s body to turn limp and flexible, the user can float and dodge attacks very easily as if they were a piece of paper fluttering in a breeze. Kami-e is an effective countermeasure to attacks that would otherwise break through the defences of Tekkai, but it can be rendered useless if the user is somehow grappled or confined.
Name: Tekkai “Iron Mass”
Fighting Style: Siruri Atasate
Rank: 2
Description:
Tensing their muscles, the user becomes an unmoving mass as hard as iron, able to absorb attacks that would otherwise cause significant damage to their forms. Tekkai is an effective defence against solid attacks, though sufficient power or attacks that don’t rely on force alone can overwhelm it.

Background
}Before the World Government abandoned Mullyssa Nemo, it served as a prison constantly plagued by various forms of frigid precipitation. Gheata was born here inside of one of the prison cells. The screams of his mother echoed through the halls as the guards ripped him away from her and shipped him all the way to the West Blue. Strawberry Hill Orphanage was the destination, and when he arrived, he was feverish and weak.
The matrons nursed him back to health, but Gheata was always a frail and sickly boy growing up. He was harshly criticized by the matrons whenever he broke rules or was framed by other kids. A small group of fellow orphans terrorized him in particular for no other reason than that he was weak and they wanted someone to take out their own issues on. Gheata was helpless to fight back against any of it.
So, Gheata took to taking out his frustrations on those weaker than him. Specifically, animals. He’d kill them and bury the bodies beneath the bushes in the yard. The matrons grew very concerned one day when Matron Maybelle discovered his activities. He was sat down and talked to, but he wasn’t forthcoming. Increasingly worried, the matrons solicited visits from employees of the World Government and local doctors to try and nudge him onto a better path.
Their efforts were not in vain. Getting out of the orphanage helped distance Gheata from his tormentors and become eager to learn more about the medical field and the World Government on the whole. He acquired a mentor from Cipher Pol who took him around Strawberry Hill and through their offices who gently steered him onto the path of being a forensic scientist. In the end, his mentor grew attached enough to Gheata to adopt him and pave the way for his scholastic pursuits.
Gheata fervently studied medicine at the Strawberry Hill University until he was able to graduate and work as a junior doctor at one of the most advanced hospitals in the Blues. Once he got his medical license, Gheata applied to become a medical examiner for Cipher Pol. He was accepted and spent many years as a Cipher Pol agent, occasionally going out into the field or undercover.
The criminal underworld fascinated Gheata the moment that he stepped into his first black market. Exotic creatures in jars, rare and exciting forbidden medicines and the books used to make them, slaves, and several other exquisite oddities caught his eye and triggered something in him. He needed to have it. The rarer it was, the more he wanted it. The more forbidden it was, the more he wanted to learn about it.
Black market busts allowed him to seize some forbidden medical volumes for himself and learn odd techniques that he experimented with on criminals that ‘got away’ or slaves he managed to acquire off the books. Combining them with conventional and unorthodox medical practices, he advanced his understanding of the human body and published several research papers on his findings. He obfuscated the identities of his subjects to avoid unwanted attention.
About a year ago, Gheata had a brush with death while on the job and was grievously injured, resulting in the loss of his eyesight and legs. A deep fear took root in him. While he was on medical leave, he desperately reached out to his old medical colleagues for help. Many were unable or unwilling to attempt a transplantation operation. So, he used the connections and secrets that he’d gathered over his long career to pressure one of them into doing it using his research.
Gheata went under. When he woke up, he could see again. Two different colored eyes blinked and looked down at two unfamiliar legs. It had worked. His research had borne fruit. Recovery was not without its complications. Gheata felt increasingly unwell and realized after some investigation that his body was rejecting the transplants. He concocted medicine that alleviates the symptoms after some trial and error.
With this success under his belt, Gheata felt a renewed passion. If human transplantation like this was possible, what else was? He conscripted the colleague that performed the operation on him into several more experiments until his colleague had enough. However, they had seen too much. They were going to raise a fuss to the board of medical directors and have Gheata’s license revoked. He couldn’t have that. So, Gheata arranged for his problem to disappear through more underworld connections.
Gheata returned to Cipher Pol after about a year of recovery, a completely different person. His colleagues scarcely recognized him in body or personality. He was calmer. More cunning, more eloquent, outspoken, and frighteningly silver tongued. They were afraid. And they had every reason to be.
