Frasier Holstein
The day was sunny and muggy on Cinna Island, that was to expected, however. After all, the island's humid environment made it perfect for the cultivation of its main export... sugar. Yes, Cinna Island was the center of a great spanning sugar industry that produced at least a third of the world's sugar all thanks to its illustrious sugar barons. This prosperity was also due to its convenient location which made sure pirates were few and far between... as such very few marines abounded.
Not just that but the marine base was very far away. For such an economically important location it sure was very much unprotected. This made it a perfect place, a place of political interest for the revolutionary army. They had already taken over Saint Reia... but now Cinna Island was on their radar. Operation Sugar Rush, that's what the operation to take over was called and Frasier was one of the agents assigned to this location.
The tall well-built man in a 'cow' suit stared across the town of Santa Barbados. It was quite the quaint sight... seeing all the town with its red and tan colored houses made of stone and clay. All lined up like toy soldiers, it was quite the sight honestly. Frasier let out a satisfied sigh as he crouched on the side of the gnoll that overlooked the quaint little town. Taking in a deep breath the man took note that everything they said about this place was true. It was a beautiful paradise tucked away from the rest of society. A soon to be perfect world once the World Government's clutches were dismantled.
"Purupuru."
A baby snail phone began to call out, shifting his eyes downward Frasier reached into his coat's pocket to pull out the clamoring snail. Gently tapping its head he answered the call causing the creature's face to change into someone else's ever so slightly.
"Chesire? Captain is that you?"
Frasier called out, thinking his boss 'Chesire' a rather curious woman was on the other side. Quickly he was answered back by the snail who offered an unapologetic grin.
"Yes yes yes! Tis me Chesire! I heard you just arrived on the island Frasier. I have been expecting you. We can meet at Royal City, that's the name of the capital! Very creative names the people of this boring island have."
The Revolutionary frowned slightly, offending the inhabitants of this island seemed rather ignorant to him. Especially if they planned to give these people a new found freedom! But in all honesty, there was very little he could counter with... Chesire was his Captain so he couldn't argue with her. Shifting his eyes back at the picturesque land below cemented his idea. He didn't agree with his Captain, she simply couldn't see the beauty in it all.
"Right, well I'll go meet you soon. The hiding spot is still under the fountain right?"
Frasier asked his Captain.
"Shush shush! You fool! You fool! Don't reveal our secret locations like that!"
The snail's face curled up in annoyance as Chesire's anxious voice now poured out of its lips. Frasier looked down at the snail as he hopped around on his hand. He furrowed his brow in slight confusion. Clearly, he had made her exasperated with his apparent incompetence... but in all honesty, there was very little to hide. No one was around! So why even worry if he was heard and even if he was heard that would perhaps make his job a lot more fun. After all, this job seemed hardly challenging.
"Sure... well see ya soon Captain Chesire."
Frasier simply hung up not even allowing the woman on the other line to finish speaking. He turned his attention back to the surrounding area. The man seriously didn't want to move... the scene was too beautiful. Too lovely, a part of him wanted to stay forever.
