It was strange, Cain could only see a bright light and his head and body were throbbing to such a degree he genuinely couldn't tell which way was up. There was an extremely loud ringing in his ears, and he wasn't sure if it was coming from his head or there were bells or something of the sort near him. Through the ringing, he could just faintly make out an apology, it almost sounded like the Okama but he wasn't sure. Slowly the ringing stopped, confirming his suspicions that they were coming from his head, and next his vision slowly returned too normal. And too his surprise he found himself on the ground, staring up at a dim ceiling.
Slowly he sat up, his body still throbbing with pain. He was still in the prison, and recognized the fighting arena. He got on his knees and tried to stand up, and after somewhat collapsing on his first attempt, he succeeded and proceeded to look around. Dagon was on the ground, though he was pretty sure he was unconcious and not dead. He then remembered being used as a baseball bat and the apology that came after. Bastard.... He looked at his body blankly, not showing any emotion in his voice. He then looked at the metal and small man, and saw the small man raving and pulling at his chains as the metal man was also unconscious. Cain smirked and slowly walked parallel to him, trying to avoid putting to much pressure on either leg as both throbbed with a moderate yet consistant pain.
He created a quill from his hand and threw it at the small man. Dart. The man dodged to the left with a sway, and glared at the half fishman child. This time Cain created two quill and threw them, one on each side so that by avoiding one you hit the other. The man responded by rolling just under them . Don't just dodge them. Are you even trying? Cain's voice was getting higher and louder, but still was under control and he still had a look of calmness about him. "Are you"? the small man growled with a scowl. Cain's smirk grew even larger. No. He then created eight quills.
"Well folks it looks like the Cannon Priest has been cornered. This could be the end here in a huge upset!" Die! Cain's face once again had a frenzied look, his eyes wide open and mouth twisted into a wide sardonic grin as he thran and threw all eight quills. The Cannon Priest then surprised everyone by jumping behind his partner, and using his arm as a shield, causing the quills to bounce off it. Cain watched with surprise, and before he could react the small man lifted the big metal and threw him directly at Cain. The chain connecting the small and metal man went taut, and the Cannon Priest soon was flying with his partner.
Cain didn't have time to move, and the next thing he knew he was being hit in the chest by a man easily three times his weight and twice his size. He was sent flying into a wall , and heard a large crack in his chest, while the metal man skidded to a halt after the impact. Once again his head was ringing and his vision while not flashing this time was in double and slowly getting blurrier.
The Cannon Priest went up to his partner whom was now stirring, and grabbed his arm. The metal man looked at him with fear. "No please...Not this one too..." His voice was rather weak. "SHUT UP!" The Priest was enraged at this point, and ripped off the metal man's second arm. The metal man started to scream but slowly they died down until he was still. The Priest lifted the arm twice his size over his head and slowly walked towards Dagon.
Cain couldn't move. Despite the blurriness he could just make out the small man carrying something huge and walking toward what he was pretty sure was the Okama. "Well folks this looks like this is it! The Cannon Priest was laughing maniacally, gloating in his victory. Slowly Cain lifted himself from the rubble. His body fought him the entire time, screaming in pain. Yet he managed to stand, barely, and slowly limped towards the Priest. The man was too busy yelling about how he was chosen too notice him, and while Cain's vision was getting blurrier he managed to get behind the Priest. He placed his hand on the man's heart. Or liver, at this point it was way too hard too tell by looking. The Cannon Priest stopped gloating and turned his head with a shocked expression, but before he could do anything else Cain made a quill.
The Cannon Priest stood, shocked, for a moment before stumbling backwards out of the quill. "Y-You bast..." He didn't finish, but slowly lifted the arm as if he were about to drop it on Cain. And then the Priest's legs and arms started to shake. Cain smiled at this. The first symptom...of my venom...is circulatory shock... It was getting harder too talk, and his legs were about to give out. The Cannon Priest was on his knees now, his arms and the huge arm he was carrying slowly getting lower and lower as they shaked harder and harder. Then the Cannon Priest screamed in helplessness.
