Alignment: An Overly-Optimistic Chaotic Neutral
DreamerKano is someone who dreams of the future, of the possibilities which lie ahead. It is for this reason that he is so enamored with astronomy. He loves to believe that there is more out there than simply what lies on the ground. He wants to explore beyond the earth, beyond the sky, in much the same way Enel does he looks toward the Endless Earth above. Kano wants to explore beyond what is currently known to man.
FriendKano is a completely trustworthy friend. He is loyal, helpful, and in many ways as good a friend as one can get. But more than that, he does not ever wish to see his friends get hurt. He is willing to put his life on the line so that one of his friends can survive. It is when he does this that he can put all his fears behind him; he is the fiercest of friends.
FoolFor all his abilities, Kano is stupid. Not book smarts stupid, but street smarts stupid. He has very little common sense, especially when it comes to interactions with people he doesn’t know. Fooling him is probably only slightly harder than taking candy from a baby. Perhaps this makes him more trustworthy, but it more likely makes him a liability at times.
ImpulsiveKano does not meet fear as most do, his fight or flight instinct always chooses fight. He is instinctive, when he decides to do something he just does it, he does not question his choices instead he runs with them. It makes him faster on his feet than most, but also tends to lead him into crazy situations that only become crazier with the addition of Kano. He makes snap decisions does not question and acts immediately. There is no thought of dignity, situation, or the feelings of others, when he thinks of something to do he just does it.
UnstoppableKano once he has decided something he is extremely hard to deter. He is extremely tenacious and impossibly hard to stop once he gets going. He will fight to the last breath, almost quite literally, the way to get him out of a fight is to knock him unconscious because he won't do it himself. Reasoning with him generally falls on his might-as-well-be-deaf ears.

AppearanceKano is often bubbling with energy as he walks about the world. With a spring in his step he strolls through life exuding the constant excitement that he sees within it. Standing out from the crowd he is slightly taller than most, his hair when not covered by a hoodie bobs up in down in step with him. He’s quite lean in build and rather stringy overall. Kano has rather small chest and instead makes up much of his length with longer arms and legs. If not for his personality exploding from the seams he’d seem much less distinctive. As of recently he’s become used to the black cat Oliver who when not following him around on foot rests comfortably perched perilously upon his shoulder.
A wearer of casual and baggy clothing Kano is a curious sight. His shirts and pants hang loosely upon his body. All that flappiness causes Kano to look quite unimpressive as he walks about. It hides that muscle which is built up across his entire body from a life of training and overactivity. Though even with all that, he’s still rather lean overall. Perhaps the only notable object worn upon Kano’s person is a sleeveless hoodie. He is constantly wearing it so it has become quite ragged as of late, but he almost always cannot bear to part with it. It is more often on him than not simply put. Incapable of being fully zipped up, it always shows part of his undershirt. Distinctive upon it are a set of large circles that line the edge of the hood. On the outside they are white, contrasting the dark olive greenish color of the fabric. On the inside this reverses.
The picture of overly buoyant energy Kano is often hard to miss on the street. His presence is often larger than himself though he is not trying. For all this he isn’t intimidating and reveals a very friendly aura to those looking upon him.

AstronomyKano has a great interest in astronomy. Having read many books on the subjects for all his stupidity in this one area he is actually quite knowledgeable. It makes sense that his goal is to make it to the Endless Earth in the sky. He has a penchant for remembering the different stars and often looks up to the sky in homage to his love of it. It is the everlasting expanse above to him and continues to drive him to learn everything he can about it.
NavigationKano is a decent navigator, due to a love of the stars and astronomy he is quite good at deciphering where he is based on a judgement of how the sky looks. That of course speaks little of his ability to actually navigate a ship, so he is better at calling out directions rather than actually helming it.
CookingKano is no cook, he is great at making burned food if that's what you’re looking for. But he often cooks food on heats way too high to be necessary and on occasion uses his abilities to speed up the process often leading to blackened versions of normal dishes.{Combat Skills}
Overly Energetic - Human Trait #1Kano is always energetic, he's is constantly peppy, happy, and at times a little bouncy. For anyone who knows him they know apart from when he's asleep he's almost always like this. He seems to have excessive stores of energy with the endurance to go on and on and on. He is just that, a bundle of energy with an extraordinary stamina to do things. That also means when he sleeps hes out like a rock. Impossible to wake up as his body needs to somehow refill that which was lost the previous day.
Inhuman Toughness - Human Trait #2Kano's been on the wrong end of the fight many a time, though he's starting to turn it around now he's constantly taking a beating even in victories. His body has thus come to the point where it can resist physical punishment to a farther point than what one would expect.
Inhuman Flexibility - Additional Trait #1Kano's body has trained for years, many of his learned styles promote high flexibility. And bullheaded as Kano is he put that together and went above and beyond what is expected. Combined with his well-muscled body in both core and limbs he is capable of quick redirection and twists of his body that one wouldn't expect. Where one might dodge by shifting their whole body sideways, Kano has enough to control to bend his torso sideways with the barest movement of his lower body.
Inhuman Speed - Additional Trait #2Kano is fast, his fighting style which relies partially on his own mobility relies on this to a point. His practice is everywhere, all the time as he bounces about islands, not to mention the numerous chases he has participated in by no fault of his own >.>. With foot to pavement, or even more obstacle filled courses one will find Kano can keep up with even Zoan Users when it comes to the speed department.
Inhuman Strength - Additional Trait #3Kano's strength is one born of time and experience. He has also been the kind to rely on speed rather than power to glean victory from defeat. But the realities of battle and the needs of it have grown this new piece of him. Practice, training, and combat have built his strength from human to superhuman. If once one hundred men could do what Kano could not, this is no longer the case.
Fireworks Human - Devil Fruit TraitKano is a "Fireworks Human". Empowered by the Hyu Hyu no Mi he spews out fireworks in many ways to amplify his attacks and overpower his opponent. The fruit also grants him a high resistance to heat, an immunity to chemical poisons, and a stomach that swallows material like an endless pit.-Haki-{Busoshoku Haki}
Trained Haki - 300 X-PoinzKano noticably prefers Busoshoku Haki to Kenbunshoki Haki. Kano is a newly trained user of Busoshoku Haki. He is capable of coating both his body and items he can touch with haki. He is even capable of condensing and hardening haki into black armor atop of him. When haki is applied to his attacks Kano's attacks increase in power and he is able to bypass any unnatural defenses gained by a Devil Fruit User. However he's still a bit newly trained so he occassionally messes up his vulcanization.
Advancements{Raw Kenbunshoku Haki}
Raw Haki - 0 X-PoinzKano did not finish his Kenbunshoku Haki training. He is still fairly new to it and can only produce it in bursts of raw usage. Momentarily being able to feel people about him or predict a single attack. While it can turn the tides of a fight, its also unreliable at the best of times.
Advancements-Fighting Styles-{Hyu Hyu no Mi}
B-Rank Devil Fruit Style1250 X-Poinz (475 Free X-Poinz)
The Hyu Hyu no Mi makes Kano a "Fireworks Human". Through the powers of this fruit Kano is capable of the creation and firing off of multitudes of fireworks. These fireworks come out from most of his body parts and any of the orifices that exist upon him. Alongside a natural resistance to the explosive strength of his fruit Kano utilizes this power and short-mid range to lay waste to all those around him with little regard for the destruction he causes. The pair are a truly dangerous combination.
Integrated thoroughly with his fruit abilities are Kano's original fighting style. An amalgamation of the many martial arts he learned, drilled, and ingrained into his muscle memory, Kano's original fighting style is laced with natural poses blending together different styles into what is a very instinctive style of combat that is slightly heavier on the kicks than the punches.

- Anybody part that is wet will be unable to light their firework thus is even less useful than a normal limb.
- If near a flame or anything of high heat the users explosive's fireworks may prematurely explode.
- Fireworks lack control after being fired. You have to kind of hope that they aim true.
- If by any chance the user's abilities are suppressed the ingested chemicals can poison the user
Aspects
Fireworks Factory: Kano's basic ability to create fireworks hits new levels. No longer limited by the simple known fireworks parameters Kano is able to make custom works. This manipulates the size, explosive power, shape, and materials which make up a given fireworks. Through this he improves the flexibility of the techniques and also the raw power they can possess.
Explosive Empowerment: Accessing the most minute of holes on his body Kano is now capable of bringing fireworks out of the mere pores which cover his body from head to toe. As the fireworks explode they amplify the power of Kano's attacks making his movements less predictable, and more dynamic at any moment.
Internalized Explosions: By allowing the fireworks to blow up before they even exit his body Kano is able to contain the explosion within himself. When localized this allows him to superheat his skin, capable of this due to the high resistance to heat his fruit gives him Kano's able to make his hands burning hot to the touch, such that they glow with extreme heat.

Rank 1 Technique - 50 X-Poinz (F)Kano creates half a dozen small bottle rockets in his mouth, firing them off in rapid succession like a burst of fire. While the explosions are not as strong as a Rocket Punch using them in volleys enables the user to make it harder to dodge.

Aspect - Fireworks FactoryKano's full forearm disappears from the elbow forward. From it comes forth a long fireworks shell already a bit longer than that which it replaced. The fireworks shell formed is a drill, pointed and threaded it uses two small rockets to spin it at a furious rate. It is of course loaded to the brink with explosives, though Kano rarely fires the drill off. When Kano attacks with this he gains a piercing element far superior to anything else he brings.

Aspect- Explosive EmpowermentKano transforms his lower leg into a bottle rocket and uses it to propel him in a direction. This allows for faster, longer leaps and or redirecting mid-air movements. While he was originally not good at using this, he is now quite capable of using Blast how he wishes.

Aspect - Explosive EmpowermentBoth of Kano's legs disappear near the butt, replacing them are too very large rockets which immediately start to burn. They give Kano the ability to propel himself into the air at high speeds. Through the use of explosive empowerment Kano is able to control his trajectory fairly well.
Sparkler Sword

Aspect - Fireworks FactoryKano's chosen weapon of choice when not using his own body as the weapon is the sparkler sword. A somewhat dull-bladed weapon of grayish metal it has little shine to it in its unglamoured form. A little over a meter long, it has a boring short gray hilt just long enough for two hands to fit somewhat comfortably. Its blade is long, a bit worn down(if it was ever sharp) and equally ill-decorated. But brightening up its mood is a pair of sparklers twisting tightly woven about it, to the point that they seem part of the weapon itself, from tip to hilt. The inside is packed with the chemicals and gunpowder that would make it a firework unto itself.

Variation - Sparkler SwordA slightly different version of the same weapon, the shaft of the sparkler spear is made of a thin wood packed to the brim with gunpowder. The blade of it is the likeness of the sword's but smaller and thus less explosive in the end.

Aspect - Fireworks Factory
Variation - Sparkler SpearBased on the structure of the Sparkler Spear, Hullbreaker is a much larger version of it. The base of it is a giant metallic shell in the shape of an anchor and the width of a mid-sized ship. It starts with large metal tip with two bladed arms. Facing downward the arms of it are sharp blades and the tip is like a sharpened spearpoint. To give it weight the whole item is jampacked and ladened with explosives. Kano will often fly up create this and push it down to try to split a ship in two.
Stellar Drop

Aspect - Internalized ExplosionsJumping into the air, Kano leans forward spinning in front flips. He aims down to deliver a heavy kick onto the shoulder or head of his opponent. While falling he explodes a firework in his leg superheating it causing it to radiate with heat.

Rank 1 Technique - 50 X-PoinzKano leads in with a punch right into the enemy’s gut from close range such that his arm isn’t completely extended when he hits the gut. Upon hitting the gut he twists his fist, wrist, and arm creating a nauseating feeling in the enemy’s gut pushing them back and making them feel slightly unbalanced.

Variation - Meteor CrashA firework explodes within Kano's arm turning it from forearm up to fingers bright white with heat. The proceeds to punch his oponent with the arm aiming for the gut. Upon contact he twists his fist, wrist, and whole arm to create a nauseating feeling for his enemy.

Kano's fruit usually simply burns through the resources he ingests and stores in his body but in times of the most danger his fruit ability expands. Gathering power from his inner strength and spirit it imbues it into his creation to hone their explosive nature. This power focuses the explosiveness of his attacks greatly increasing their penetrative value allowing them to sear their way through even the toughest defences. Creations imbued with this power have a blueish-white aura burning upon them like a spiritual fire. This is exhausting for Kano as it saps at his strength. Often after using it he'll be unable to move for a little while.

-Family-Elise and Mako Toro Parents - Status Unknown : Presumed Alive - Kano’s loving parents he hasn’t seen them in a good long age. He is glad they allowed him to go and train on Karate Island. And he wishes them the best of look wherever they are.
Sebastian and Guillo Toro Brothers - Status Unknown : Presumed Alive - Kano’s brothers, each had their own specialty. They are fast friends and liked to play football with each other though Kano was simply the best. He remembers them fondly but like his parents he hasn’t seen them in ages.
Guri Toro Uncle - Status Unknown : Presumed Alive - The uncle that took Kano in, Kano is grateful for all the time the uncle spent watching over him. Kangni Zumi Childhood Friend - Status Unknown : Presumed Alive - Kano has nothing but fond memories of Kangni. His first friend and his greatest rival, she is older than Kano by a single ear. Always the stronger of the two in combat, he has a lifelong goal to surpass her. He has no idea where she is, though she’s been tracking him as he gained notoriety. She is a quickly rising figure in the marines.
That Guy From the Pirate's Market Random Stranger #1 - Status Unknown : Presumed Alive - Kano has fond memories of that guy from Pirate's Market. Affectionately thinking of him as his 'accomplice' Kano is still unaware of the man's name or occupation.
Daisy Random Stranger #2 - Status Unknown : Presumed Alive - Kano remembers Daisy fairly well as that guy from Ciudadela Queendom. There are two sides to Kano's thoughts on Daisy, first Kano thinks he a good chef, the food he stole from Daisy was quite good. On the other hand Kano thinks that Daisy is batty as he prioritized some aggressive plants lives over his own.
Daiyuu-chan Former Captain - Status Unknown : Presumed Alive - Kano spent a short time with the group he dubbed the Yuu Pirates. He is grateful that they eventually freed him from his confines in the crate. He has interesting memories of her which mirror both pain and a very titillating kiss.
Master-chan Sparring Partner - Status Unknown : Presumed Alive - Kano had a really fun spar against Master-chan on Arabara Island. It was definitely one of the more exhilarating things he's done in his life. He looks forward to the chance to meet her again and perhaps go for another bout!

{History}
Youth (0-7)Kano was born the third and youngest of the siblings of a loving middle-class family on Nuovo Romano. In his youth he was already the strongest of the three brothers. He might not have been the most social or the smartest but this at the least he held over his brothers. He grew up quite normally, as many kids on Nuovo Romano did Kano played football (or soccer). Playing the striker position he was often given this role for his somewhat excessive leg power. This knack for athletics was noticed by his parents in his youth and continuously encouraged.
Growing Athletic (8-11)After his somewhat absurd athleticism was noticed, Kano was sent to training to improve. Placed in a local dojo he began his lifelong practice of martial arts rather young. Alongside the constant training he enjoyed a side of playing football, weight training, wrestling, and in general keeping fit. After two years of training he was nearing the top of his class in the dojo, by the third he was surpassing nearly everyone there. It was no surprise in the end, Kano was a monster of a youth. In his fourth year he started to dedicate himself more and more to the extra stuff as he found no interest in the dojo training anymore.
Moving Blues (12)In his 12th year Kano had already seemed to outgrown his dojo so his parents arranged to send Kano to a place where he could better train his own skills. Though scared to let him go out on his own they decided to send him to Karate Island to live with his uncle. The trip which took much of the year sent Kano across the North Blue, over the Calm Belt and Red Line and finally to Karate Island. Upon getting to Karate Island Kano immediately signed up at the first dojo and began to train.
No One Dojo is Enough (13-16)Already much better than the average member of a dojo Kano made the circuit of dojos about the island. At each one he learned the specific skills they espoused and aimed to improve himself further. With each style he learned he gained more knowledge and began to fashion his own combat style from them all. It was during this time that two major things came into his life. The first was astronomy, unlike Nuovo Romano with all its lights, Karate Island was mostly dark at night and thus the night sky provided its full glory to Kano. In the starry sky above him Kano developed his first love, gazing in wonder and awe the expanse above him provided him with such wonder and curiosity. The other was Kangni, his rival, a year older than him she was the only student who surpassed him on all plains. A constant friend and opponent they dueled each other constantly throughout the years. Often there was never a clear victor between the two but when there was it was always Kangni. It was her presence that spurred the creation of his own style to really try and gain his first victory. The pair were nearly inseparable often training with each other more than at their respective dojos.
Disappearance and Setting Off (17)After he had turned 17, Kangni left the island. She having turned 18 she had gone to join the marines and was stationed elsewhere. Without anyone to truly contest him on the island Kano spent a few months there before deciding that he to needed to set out. His goal was obvious to find Kangni once again and now challenge her at his self-prescribed new-found peak. Stealing away from his uncle’s house at night he headed out to sea to wander and track down his friend.
