“Shio! Move your blue ass bro, this bird’s coming in hot!” Shiomaru could feel the bird rock and wave as Manuke went on a rampage. He could clearly hear the squid swordsman shout and roar, but what he was doing up there he could only imagine. If not for Roc’s imminent descent, he’d remember to regret not being a part of Manuke's bird-pummeling. This bird was going down, and there was seeming no empty place for it to land. Roc clumsily tried to focus its landing, unable see straight with its recent head trauma. Its legs tried to reach out to the ground. As this happened, Shiomaru pulled himself up and wrapped his arms around the leg that kept him “afloat.” He didn’t fear death in this case, not as long as he could concentrate. He’d wait for the bird to come closer to the ground, and when the time was right, he’d jump off. But it wouldn't as planed. The giant bird woozily soared to the ground at an uneven pace. This monster reached the ground fast, so Shiomaru was rushed into jumping to the ground and rolled to prevent damage. He’d avoid injury, slamming into the dirt. Roc, meanwhile, crashed into the ground, crushing stray pirates and debris along with it. The blue pirate pulled himself out of the dirt, as the now grounded bird lifted itself up. Its dark feathers were now adorned with blood, mostly coming from a new wound on its head.
“Yeah, the Sea Tiger’s a way tougher then some big turkey!” Shiomaru could feel the momentum of this fight shift in their favor. The cuts from ‘Werewolf’ Boris on his arms burned, and after all the fights he had already been through, his chest burned. But it was the kind of burn he lived to feel every day. As Roc poised itself to attack again, this Mako Sharkman was growing ecstatic. He ran towards the giant bird with his fists held high. The beast viciously squawked, throwing his beak at his new attacks. The blue shark jumped to the side, punching the beast in the beak in a smooth counterattack. While he avoided damage, punching this monster in its strongest spot did no damage. Roc only attacked again, swiftly and viciously.
“You’re not that fast for a bird!” The swift sharkman was fighting at his pace. He side stepped the every giant beak attack and countered with a punch. He avoided certain death, but had yet to deliver any damage of his own. He wouldn’t let that stop him. Their attacks grew faster and faster, until eventually Roc nearly struck—tearing away a piece of Shiomaru’s blue shirt. However, the counter punch still went through, landing with an impact so strong that a mighty gust of wind seemingly accompanied it. Shiomaru noticed that difference in this last punch. Shock by his own action, he stepped back to take in what had happened. He could feel a new sensation in his arm. He griped his hand closed, feeling things out and pondering if he could repeat that again.
“Take this!” Shiomaru threw fist after fist, trying something new. As he did this, Roc took a few steps forward to attack again. That’d be a mistake. With one perfectly throw punch, a high-impact of gust of wind flew through the air, landing directly on the giant bird’s right eye! The monster stumbled back, suddenly in pain again. As it held its eye closed, it instinctively attempted to go back into the sky again. It started to wave its colossal wings, trying to raise itself into the air.
"You're not getting away!" He was true to his word. Like before, but this time on his terms, he dove at the giant bird leg. This time instead of crashing painfully, he'd sink his teeth into the monsters leg. Roc flapped his wings, now only inches off the ground, squawking in pain. The sudden shock prevented it from elevating further, for now. But the sharkman on his leg was full of energy, adrenaline pumping through his veins. He climbed the side of the beast, grabbing it's plumage, and quickly made his way to monster's back. Sprinting along that back, he's make his way towards an open vital target--Roc's right eye. Unable to react in time, the half-blind beast was defenseless. Shiomaru ran up, grabbed Roc's right eyelid, and punched it in the eye. The monster squawked in pain. It's cries could be heard throughout the island.

Hyper Awhā Style!: The user of this style utilizes great focus and perseverance to generate gale-like qualities to their movements and attacks. In addition, said user also gains an affinity for the wind around them, allowing them navigate powerful wind phenomena with relative ease. With a high enough proficiency, one could perform a series of gravity defying techniques. With enough skill, walking on air, swimming though a tornado, or cutting through the air are all possible.
Base Level (D Class): Shiomaru's most intense movements gain a gale-like quality. A perfectly thrown punch or kick can launch projectile wind bursts; and thanks to Shiomaru's newly gained affinity to the wind he gains a familiarity to these kinds of attacks, allowing him to counter them more easily.
