Previously on Saisho:
[/b]As the crew splits in order to tackle the many challenges around them, Aubrey and his two newest crew members Donner and Kallie stumble into a riot that is rising in protest to the Marines of the island of Saisho’s other city, Minato. The marines leading this rebellion were under the impression that their own Captain had been killed by the Marines of Minato, and that they were in fact conspiring with pirates to take over the entire island. At the same time Justin and Ren manage to sneak out of two along with Ponte to find the hidden treasure supposedly tucked away high in the mountain of the island. In order to clear an opening for everyone the Captain holds off some of the lingering mobsters as the Marines head out towards their sister city. The crew follows at a decent pace, but comes to a solemn monument in the jungle that marks the middle of the islands, though the once quiet place is littered with the dead bodies of marines stabbed in the back.
As the plot begins to thicken around them, the White-Wings stumble into a coup being orchestrated by outside forces, including a slim, lavender haired man that keeps appearing on the island at opportune times. Eventually the Wings managed to find out that in fact the rioting has been staged and that an attack is taking place inside the city of Minato by the marines, thanks mostly to Donner’s detective work and Kallies spying, along with his new friend Mr. Chicken. Fearing that innocent people will be hurt, Aubrey devises a plan to be taken to the Marine HQ. And so, he and Donner are escorted by Kallie, who is still wearing that Marine outfit from before. In front of the gates they meet the Commander of Minato’s forces, Bickson, and again glimpse that purple haired man, known as Babet. Aubrey accuses the man of being behind the coup and is quickly shot with a canon by the guilty man. Chaos erupts as the marines begin to fight each other, with Aubrey and his crew caught in the middle. Just as the traitor Babet runs away, the stoic Bickson begins to fight off Aubrey, still thinking that the new pirate must mean the island and its people harm.
As the fighting begins the plot starts to unravel. Just what is happening on the island of Saisho, and can our heroes make it out of this one? Where the hell are Justin and Ren, and what will happen next?

The sun was rising slowly behind the fighting, giving everyone a towering shadow and a glowing frame. In the middle of all that commotion stood Commander Bickson and the young Captain Meador. The two men were locked in a probing battle of feints and attacks while the White-Wing Pirates tried to hold off the Marines from attacking each other. But unknown to either force involved in this coup another force was approaching from the Jungle just outside the city’s reach. Rumbling in the far off told the story of an army of another sort coming to claim the city for itself. But for now it was the simple battle of two forces equally matched.
The older marine was cradling his left arm slightly after the failed attack on Aubrey’s eye. It was a strange attack that our hero had never seen, and even though the idea of using his finger as a weapon of its own captivated him, he wasn’t sure just what he would do with it at the moment, and so he decided instead to await the next attack from the veteran. Being invulnerable did have its advantages sometimes, especially when you were trying to wait out the enemy. But as he stood there Aubrey noticed the most silent approach of a glimmer just outside his vision, like a flickering light you just couldn’t find in the same place twice. Before he could grab a hold of it with his wide, tired eyes Bickson was again atop of him swinging his strange weapon.
Stepping in with his left Aubrey caught his enemy’s arm and slid his right foot in next to stall the flying marines momentum. The two titans stood for a moment, clinched each other with mighty hands as each moved a foot here or there to gain dominance. Despite the awkward position that Bickson had been placed in he was still holding his own in this tug of war, in fact he was winning. Then there it was again, the dazzle of light just outside your reach. And that is when he noticed it, the fast approaching blur of purple. Babet was soaring through the air with amazing speed But he wasn’t coming for Aubrey by his trajectory, he was aiming for the Commanders backside. And even as our hero saw the assassins arm prepping what must have been a powerful strike, he knew what he had to do. Gritting his teeth the pirate dropped his left foot way back and twisted his body around.
In one motion Bickson was flung over and Aubrey pressed him on the ground, using his own body as shield from the coming onslaught. Pain rippled through his sturdy frame as the glass weapon he couldn’t even see contacted him. Hard eyes looked back down at the Commander instead, letting him know in silence what had really just happened.
And the rumbling grew louder in the distance…
