With the mountain fast approaching, and the threat of life and death hanging in the balance of the unknown, Torin and the crew are left with mixed feelings towards its approach. Though Torin himself is worse than a see-saw when choosing whether this is something to enjoy or fear, his job as a Captain and their second navigator places him at the helm whatever the result. Though the curiosity of whats on the other side steers him towards the top more so than the fabled treasure which lays at the end of the connecting sea, the choice is out of their hands as the Jolly Jericho is pulled in for the Hard-Hat's finest hour.. So far at least.

Sadly, despite Torin's strange hand movements and squinty eyes, the storms counter-acted his obvious psychic manipulation of the vessel, leaving him to have to put up with the coming tide quite literally. 'All this damn noise and rain and thunder and stuff, how can someone concentrate in this?' Mumbles which were thankfully unable to be heard poured from his mouth as he paced back and forth, his mouth moving ridiculously fast as he ran numbers and mentioned angles which could easily be argued as pointless in this situation. Though the reality of its arrival was starting to sink in, much like the panic of a collapse in the tunnels or getting lost in its dark winding passage ways left Torin to come to terms with the event rather quickly once it came into play.. Saved him thinking about it for hours on end and actually putting his thoughts into action. Slapping himself a few times then hissing from the pain that still occupied the wound on his nose. 'Okay, we're going to have to just get ready then hope for the best, we still have you two if things get a little bit crazy.' He gestured to Darius and Imuka, making silly hand motions to replicate their abilities which looked a little more like he was just plain dancing as the rocked back and forth towards their demise.
'So we'll need the sail closed up to avoid the changing winds.' He shuffled over and began to pull them in, stopping half-way to realise another task had to be done. 'And we need to hold down the food in-case we decide to do a little air-time..' Another job half finished as he rummaged for his weapon. 'Gunna need my shovel in case I need a tool at hand, where did it go.' A gasp left him as he saw it propped up against the wall, going to retrieve it only for something else entirely to catch his eye. 'Is that.. A ship? Guys am I just hallucinating from the stress or is a ship going up right now!' He pointed to the base of mountain, the ship rather fancy in appearance though even with a nosey with his trusty scope which just happened to appear from his helmet resulted in not seeing a single soul on board. 'Maybe they just jumped and left their boat to rui- Wait! A dog.. A dog?' He leaned forward, as if advancing an inch will increase the vision he already has. '.. Theres a dog sailing that ship.' He offered the scope to whoever wanted to see, I mean who would believe him in the state he was currently in. This was perfect though, they could see first hand just how easy this whole thing was. The boat was visible enough to take a real look into the process.'Alright, its in the air.. Haha, that actually looks pretty fun!''Dammit, its gone into the clouds.. I can't see anyth-''Why did it explode.'
Planks and remains of what seemed to be something highly explosive rolled back down towards them, barely visible though still enough to give anyone the creeps. Why did it explode, I mean what ship flies into the air and then just explodes?! 'I swear if theres something in the clouds which causes some sort of internal combustion, they may as well just kill me there and then.. Because this damn mountain is one thing! But combustible clouds just takes the pineapple!' Why would any of the crew want to go up there now? Sure Torin could continue laughing nervously like he was while flailing his arms around performing multiple tasks but, that was just plain ridiculous. 'Eimi! Come and save us! Tell us about the Combustible clouds!' After sprinting to her door and not getting a response, he pressed his ear against the door only to slap a poker face right on in realisation. 'She's freaking sleeping..' The face remained, completely emotionless as he moved back onto the deck, and glared at the mountains with his shovel at the ready for something-or-other. 'My only regret.'
'I never learnt about combustible clouds.'
