Name of Island: Silia (Seal-e-uh)
Size of Island: Probably a bit smaller than the 'Holy Ground' in Skypiea
Location: In the South Blue, a bit off in it's own way, the closest other island is four days away.
Flora and Fauna: Silia is more or less a tropical island, palm trees, a sandy beach around the entire island edge, green grass, fresh fruits that are a bit larger than most and with a few large hills on the island. Some of the flowers found here are used in most of the villagers drink and food for herbal medicine or just to spice a dish up. Within the very center there's a clear water lake that a small, and only, village surrounds it.
The animals that inhabit the places are few, aside from tropical fish, there are plenty of herbivores, wild boars and tropic birds. There are few carnivores, but the carnivores are domesticated wolves, more or less like dogs, to the villagers that help with hunting or guarding.
Inhabitants: Despite being cast away, the Inhabitants are rather modern. Most go around barefoot, while others wear shoes. the clothes are more or less pale or neutral colors. Rather hard working, and a tight nit community they're rather high end on some of the tribal traditions that have been passed down from generation to generation. They're not too happy on letting 'outsiders' visit, but if they tend to stay or have washed up they can be a bit welcoming.
NPCS: Jacken Rice; He's the over all 'leader' of the village. He's the youngest leader the village has had, only being 35, and has short dark brown hair and sea-green eyes. He dresses like the rest of the villagers with light brown khakis and a tan quarter sleeve, and he too goes barefoot. Since taking over the village after his father's death, he's become rather protective of the village. He probably would shun away Yumeko, since his father had done the same.
Russel; Jacken's son. He's more or less like his father in physical attributes, but is more relaxed and open personality wise. He, unlike the other kids, tried to talk to Yumeko before the tragedy struck her life. He hasn't seen her since she's left, but has heard of her name sake and has taken some pride that she's doing something about her life.
Old Lady Rika; The eldest woman in the village, she's more or less like a shaman witch, most come to her for fortunetelling, medicinal remedies and just for advance. She was the one that helped Annabell with Yumeko's birth, afterwords, she declared to want nothing to do with the child and the villagers picked up with it and distrusted Yumeko solely on the unknown father and her eyes.
Town(s)/Village(s)/City or Cities: There's only one village on the island, and it's simply the Village of Silia. It surrounds a clear water lake near the center of the island. The population is around 150-200 people. The houses are like modern wooden huts elevated on wooden planks to keep the houses up during a flash flood or high tied. They have cleared land near the northern part of the island and have made it into a farming land to cultivate the town's vegetables and fruits.
Missions: Not any at the moment, Silia is barely an Island most visit
Island History: Not much is known about the true origins of the island. Most of the villagers believe that a band of travelers had washed ashore of the island long ago and decided to make this place their home, others believe that this was once a place for the marine to dump the low thieves and criminals that they captured and had no room in marine prison for the bigger criminals and such.
Regardless of the origins, most villagers are either farmers, hunters or builders. Due to the flash floods and the high tides that the island experiences, the people have decided to elevate their homes to save the cost of rebuilding constantly or constant repairs. The village is small and generally not many people come to visit or stay. The only man that has caused an up roar in the village was the night Annabell had been killed. Since then, the villagers distrust strangers/visitors even more.
