Good day once again, fine folks of Bon Voyage! I come bearing additional announcements today - this time regarding one system you may already be familiar with, and a new system to introduce you all to!
First off, the Mission system has received a major change! These threads will no longer take place alongside canon threads in the boards of islands or the open seas - instead, these threads will now take place in the newly-renamed OOC Zone! Mission threads that were created before this system change will be moved to this new location soon. Additionally, with the advent of the Account Rebate system, the Mission rules have been adjusted to properly reflect the new rewards. I would encourage you all to read over the Mission rules to update yourself on how this system functions, even if you feel you were already familiar with our site’s Mission system. And now for the more exciting announcement, the new system! I’d like to introduce you all to the Arena, a concept that those of you in our official Discord server may have seen coming! As a site based on a shōnen manga, the topic of fights between members’ characters is an understandably popular one. However, due to our travel rules and the way we each steer our characters’ stories, it can sometimes be difficult to line these fights up within a characters’ canon. The Arena exists to serve as a remedy to this problem!
Just like the Mission system, Arena threads take place in the OOC Zone and are considered non-canon with any participating characters’ story and progression. You can find the rules and guidelines for this new system here!
