<Slayers>
At first, Slayers were just a lousy band of warmongers led by the strongest among them. But during their prolonged stay on Little Garden, Eric decided to reform them to better reflect his main goal of becoming emperor of the sea. After this restructuring Slayers slowly turned into effective and well organized fighting force that should be reckoned with at every battlefield they enter. Of course, since they currently lack enough men power the major parts of their structure is remaining only in theoretical plane right now, but that will change soon.
Leadership
For Slayers applies that might is right and so they always pick their leaders based on their combat skills and strategical abilities which ensures, that their officers are always leading from the front line and are able to protect their men during battle and no the other way around. Even through, the current officers were named or elected to their respective positions, it doesn´t mean that they have them secured for life time. On the contrary it´s expected from any member of the crew to challenge their superior in the time of peace if they think they are stronger then he or she. Currently the leadership structure of the crew looks like follows:
- Slayer:- Slayer is the highest title that can be obtained in the crew. It´s wielders are the strongest and toughest warriors that the crew can offer, excellent strategist and powerful leaders. Because of that they are entrusted with a founding and leading their own squad. Fighting unit that is relatively independent on the main crew. The power of a Slayer is almost absolute over their divisions by the virtue of being it´s most powerful member, but is quite limited when it comes to the members of another divisions. The only exception to this rule is Eric, who as the founder and strongest member of the crews stands even above the remaining Slayers. That´s why he is sometimes referred as the First or the Original Slayer.
- Captain: Among the Slayers, captain is higher ranking officer, that leads one of the companies, that are part of their specific division. To be a captain, one has to be one a veteran of many fights and one of the most powerful warriors of their respective division, capable of not only defeating their foes, but also conquer the wills of their underlings. The original captains are usually selected by the Slayer who leads their division, but they can be easily replaced if they lose the challenge from lower ranking member.
- Sergeant: Among Slayers, sergeants are lower ranking officers that are entrusted with leading one of the squads in their respective company. To become sergeant, one has to be senior member of the crew and veteran of many fights, that proved that their fighting abilities and leadership skills are way beyond that of average members, commanding loyalty from the warriors beneath them and the respect of their captain. Similarly to the captain, sergeant can be appointed by their respective captain or Slayer, with the Slayer having final word in the decision. Of course, in the times of peace, sergeant can be quickly replaced when more qualified fighter defeats him in challenge.
- Warriors:- Warrior is the title given to a regular crew member that proved their skills and loyalty to the crew in actual combat. Despite being considered the weakest rank among the Slayers in the term of individual combat capabilities, there are well trained in the art of war and can pose serious thread when fighting in their respective squad or company under the leadership of their sergeant or captain.
Organization
As a crew, Slayer´s are not uniform force, but are divided into many separated divisions, that can operate with a great deal of autonomy during their voyage through the Grand Line. They are connected mainly by their common goal, loyalty and almost absolute authority they leader holds over their crew. Currently the Slayers are organised as follow:
- Division: Division is almost completely autonomous military unit that is planned to have one thousand warriors together with adequate ship or ships to carry them. They are led by their respective Slayer whose authority and power makes them completely autonomous on the other divisions with the sole exception of Eric, who as the first Slayer is standing even above his brethren. The promise made by Eric to each Slayer and their division is feudal title on a their own island once they conquer enough territory to become Yonko.
- Company:- Companies are separate combat units composed of one hundred warriors led by their captain. Usually they are called to complete individual missions that are too big for individual squads but to small or unimportant to involve whole Division. Among the 10 companies the first one is considered to be elite, or veteran company composed of the most skilled warriors of given division and led by a captain who is considered to be the second in command of their respective division. From there, the 2nd to 5th companies are considered to be the Battle companies, the most frequently employed universal fighters, composed of 6 Tactical squads, 2 Assault squads and 2 Devastator squads. The 6th to 9th are considered to be specialized squats, with the 6th and 7th being composed solely from the Tactical squads and the 8th and 9th being composed of Assault and Devastator squat respectively. The 10th company is considered to be the Scout company, where every new member of the crew have to serve until they prove their strength and loyalty to the crew so they can be enlisted among the other companies.
- Squads:- Squads are the smallest organization units of the Slayers composed of 9 experienced warriors led by their sergeant. They are commonly used as independent fighting unit called to solve issues that favors mobility and stealth over strength or are on such small scale that involvement of a whole company wouldn´t be necessary. Currently, there are three major types of squads that composes individual division.
- Tactical squads are the most common type of squads that are not only the most numerous but also the most versatile ones, trained to handle all ranges of fight. Because of that, they are usually equipped and trained with the use of rifle and bayonet, with a short saber as their sidearm. Few members of the squad are also usually equipped with several grenades.
- Assault squads are squads specialized in a melee combat and because of that they usually serves as a close-quarters support squad. To fulfill their duty, they are usually equipped and trained with four to six pistols and two cutlasses. Few members of the squad are also usually equipped with several grenades.
- Heavy squads are squads specialized in long distance combat and because of that they usually serves as a distance support squads. Four members of this squad (the biggest and strongest members of the crew) are equipped with standard cannons that serves as a both siege weapons and heavy support to the other quads. The rest of the squad is equipped with a single saber, pistols and grenades to provide close range protection and support to their brethren.

Flag/Logo:– Standard black flag with skull and crossbones over the World Government symbol. Actually the WG symbol is serving as a background for the Skull and Crossbones, symbolising pirates dominance against the World Government and their complete freedom unrestricted by any laws or politics.
Ideology: Eric Irongate created the Slayers as a safe haven for people, who simply can not fit into current society. Whatever it is because of their violent tendencies, dark past or just because they are too free -minded and have a problem with authorities, all of this misfits can find their place on his ship. And many people actually do, because he isn´t offering them only temporary haven but also promise of much brighter future as their main goal is to go to the Grand Line and conquer territory big enough for Eric to rule one of the Pirate´s emperor over it according to his rules and philosophy, which is pretty simple. In his world the strong ones have the right to rule over anyone weaker than them, but together with that they also have a duty to lead and protect everyone who is following them. Main reason, why Eric himself is always looking for even greater strength is that, for him strength is symbol of absolute freedom which is his ultimate goal for himself.
