So, yesterday i was told some terrible terrible news. It is something that my entire family knew would be coming sooner or later but we didn't expect it this soon. My father was recently given three months to live. His cancer has outpaced his the treatments and we have been told there is nothing experimental that could work (to date.). To those of you that remember, august of last year was his original diagnosis, but then there were treatment options. He has tanked through two sets of Chemotherapy like a champ, now i'm faced with this coming inevitability.
This is where i thank all of you, putting up with me and sharing my interest in telling stories and progressing our own little BV world. I know i have been slow over the last few months but i always intend to stick around. All of you have given me a focus, something to do. You all helped me with my creative outlet to keep my mind in the clear.
I'm going to have a hard few months ahead and if i snap and act out to anyone, I'm sorry. I don't like hiding when i'm in trouble. I hope to carry one our stories and creating a grand world! Now and for a longtime to come.
