I tried to draw and this happened

Hey! While people might know me as odango - lord of all odango and the proud owner of a character who will someday soon become the first vice admiral OC of BV- what they don't know is that I also dabble in doodling.

Anywho, I think I sketched up Tsubaki. This is my first attempt at this style (yes... I am avoiding the drawing of hands for now) and to be honest, I have no idea if it's any good. I'll be happy if someone can give me a few tips or tell me about their experience in battling the Oda style

Ok, enough words, I'll show you the not scanned but photographed and THEN sent to my laptop (since my scanner/printer thingy died T^T)  sketch/drawing. Drumroll, please *trrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr*

 And yeah, it was the first try. I'm pretty good at Kishimoto and Tite sooo the first thing I drew was a mix of the two. Then I scrapped it and went through a ton of fanart, trying to decipher how anything else could morph into Oda, and after one and a half hours of staring at the screen I started on this one xD Their proportions are odd, tho. My hand doesn't yet wanna draw arms that long and waists that little

In all seriousness. She looks great, well defined lines and well proportioned... Now all she needs is a proper coat of paint, maybe a little more shading to help show body structure.

I actually might do other characters. Don't make promises. These things come and go as they please >.>;;;

My level of coloring is that of a toddler, to be honest xD I don't think I should ever do that. Like - ever. Buuuuut, I might try at some point. Don't have a working tablet anymore (lol, not even a scanner, hence the BG is fake white) nor have I stacked up on markers or water colors. If I ever get loose cash for coloring supplies, I shall color it XD

I have already said this but I need to go on record: You're great drawer Odango! Tsubaki 2.0 looks a bit more mature than I pictured, but I think this is damn fine as Gaz has already put it. Nice work!
