(OOC: I'm sorry guys I'm too tired to get anymore up. Yes Flame its only 500 words I know)
It would be afternoon when the sun’s golden bottom would barely brush against the sea as if luridly seducing its watery lover before it would disappear for the remainder of day.
Viewing instances like this would burn endearing thoughts of the world that the young man lived in as he stared into the horizon with a gentle breeze blowing against his cap, a seemly patch of white in the otherwise graying world around him. It would be when the last gust of wind stopped behind him that he would casually placed his cap upon his head and turn to head towards the Galley-La Company’s main headquarters, after all he’d been sent on this special assignment specifically though the reason he would have no inkling. Walking through the streets would enlighten him to just how desolate the area had become for any government officials that happened to make their way through the streets. Even those out in the setting sun would cast hateful glances in his direction, clearly not fond of his presence though it would not affect the determination of this young man as his all white outfit drew linger glances of dislike. Even edging upon outrage in some cases.
“I hope these people do not incite any violence or else I’d hate to hold back…” he would think to himself as a metallic clink beneath his clothing would remind him of his trusty weapon that hadn’t failed him until this point in his life and had no reason to fail him now.
Of course he’d never heard anything about the Enies Lobby incident outside of the mysterious Buster Call that had been summoned there, yet none of the higher ups explained to him what or whom had been the cause of such an undertaking. It would be just as well he didn’t know for he would certainly not give it a second thought as he went about his routine; there wasn’t much point in him fretting over the state of the Government when it kept its soldiers in the dark. Finally the immaculate front stairway of the Galley-La Company would come into view and Li’s mind would flitter to the mention of two other associates working with him on this mission though they were of the Company’s own hire. Naturally it would have been bred from their distrust of the government, but again the thick skinned Ensign would give it no further thought that needed to be addressed to it. Apparently the three were to meet in front of the Galley-La gate at approximately 0600 hours before addressing the President and Vice President respectively, something that Li wouldn’t expect to be very eventful unless he would be accompanied by colorful characters.
“Unpunctual people I see” he would murmur with is hands placed behind his back with one holding the other in a tight fist; he wasn’t happy.
