Description of Weapons/Items:
Seastone Tonfa Set
After finding the large supply of seastone weapons inside the Lanza Prototype ship recaptured by the White Hunters, River decided to have this particular weapon fashioned for him. Aware that against Devil Fruit users he was next to helpless as a simple brawler without a weapon, River knew that he needed to find something to let him compete with the increasingly skilled foes he was sure to encounter. Luckily enough, the tonfa fits the style of fighting that River employs, and if used correctly could tip a close fit in his favor. And so, the weapon was formed with the intent of fighting Devil Fruit users, and utilizes seastone as well as River’s brute strength to do so.
The weapon itself has a steel frame with sea stone set into it, and is just shy of 3 feet long, from handle tip to tip. Within the first foot of the device a handle it formed so that the weapon can be used as a blub if grabbed from the end, or potential used as a blunt weapon to poke with. There is also a perpendicular handle with a ribbed grip and brace to protect the thumb. The next foot or so is made of the same steel before tapering into seastone for the final 6 inches. Because of the precious nature of seastone only enough for the final 6 inches of each tonfa was approved, though this is also the most useful part of the weapon, so the amount is still sufficient. The overall weight of the weapon is only a few pounds, allowing for continual use as well as significant power behind each attack.
While the set is made up of two weapons, one for each arm, the seastone was split between the two. River has no complaints however, as it is better than anything he had before. He seeks now to master the weapons and become a more productive marine.

Character Name: Itonami Kou [E Class]
Weapons/Items Level: O Wazamono [Advanced]
Description of Weapons/Items:
Forged long ago in Wano Country, and since lost somewhere in the Grand Line, Hinode, or Sunrise, is one of the 21 strongest swords in the world. As such it has incredible power, so much so that it greatly enhances the Power of Destruction that the user can manifest. It received his name for two reasons, the first being a pun off of Wano Country’s Rising Sun Flag, and the second being is otherworldly glow when it is drawn, almost as if a red and gold light is pouring forth, like the sun rising over the horizon. It is well tempered, highly resistant to heat and flame, capable of withstanding pure flame with ease. Hinode is classified as a Daito Katana, with a white and gold handle. The blade itself is a highly glossed steel with a golden ripple waving down the full length of the blade, giving it a dramatic look. Between the two is its unique tsuba in the shape of a sunburst. While it is nearly a full inch thick, the burst cannot be seen unless you were to look directly down at it, at which time you would probably be dead. Finally, its black and gold saya is made of metal wrapped in black leather, and gold fastenings.
Despite its flashy appearance, the blade is formidable. The blade is designed to be breathtakingly fast in the draw, making it perfect for a battoho, or Drawing Technique user. Because of the blinding light that shoots out when the sword is drawn, which spreads farther with the speed of the draw, the sword is deadly whenever it is pulled from its saya. A trimming of the base has also made it so sleek during the motion of drawing that it might nearly fly out of the user’s hands, as if it had wings of its own. Additionally, the blade and sheath are extremely heavy, which has been seen in other swords of the O Wazamono category. The hardness and weight of the blade are so much that the owner would have to train just to be able to hold it properly. Because of its weight it also vastly increases the damage potential and destructive power of the wielder. All of this does form a rather deadly weakness in the blade as well.
Hinode simply has a bad attitude. It is very difficult to use, let alone use effectively, which is the main reason it has not seen a great deal of action in the last few decades. While its weight makes it hard to even pick up, the occult powers it possesses are fickle to those that cannot wield it effectively. It has been known to not even be drawn when an unworthy user pulls on the blade. The blade seems to act when it wants, and unless the user can actually wield the blade as intended then it may be too much for any man to handle.
